Hot-rolled stainless steel plates - Tolerances on dimensions and shape (ISO 18286:2008)
This International Standard specifies requirements for tolerances for hot-rolled stainless steel plates (quarto plates) made on a reversing mill with the following characteristics:
a) 4 mm < nominal thickness, t < 250 mm;
b) nominal width, w < 600 mm.
Tolerances for plate of width < 600 mm cut or slit from plate should be agreed upon between manufacturer and purchaser at the time of enquiry and order.
This International Standard does not include round plates, custom-made plates, checker plate or bulb plate for flooring or wide flats. It does not include continuous process plates (plate made with coiling) because tolerances for these plates are defined in another International Standard (see ISO 9444).
Warmgewalztes Blech aus nichtrostendem Stahl - Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen (ISO 18286:2008)
Diese Internationale Norm legt die Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen fest für warmgewalztes Blech aus nichtrostendem Stahl (Quartoblech) hergestellt durch Walzen auf einer Umkehrstraße, in:
a) Nenndicken, 4 mm
Die Grenzabmaße für Blech in Nennbreiten w < 600 mm nach Ablängen oder Längsteilen eines breiteren Bandes müssen zwischen Hersteller und Besteller vereinbart werden.
Diese Internationale Norm gilt nicht für Ronden, Skizzenbleche, Bleche mit eingewalzten Mustern, Breitflachstahl und ebenso nicht für kontinuierlich gewalztes Blech. Für diese Produkte gilt ISO 9444.
Tôles en acier inoxydable laminées à chaud - Tolérances sur les dimensions et la forme (ISO 18286:2008)
L'ISO 18286:2008 spécifie les exigences relatives aux tolérances pour les tôles en acier inoxydable laminées à chaud (tôles quarto) produites sur un laminoir réversible ayant les caractéristiques suivantes: épaisseur nominale, t, de 4 mm à 250 mm; largeur nominale, w, supérieure ou égale à 600 mm.
Il convient que les tolérances pour les tôles de largeur w inférieure à 600 mm, découpées ou refendues à partir de tôles plus larges, fassent l'objet d'un accord entre le producteur et l'acheteur lors de l'appel d'offres et de la commande.
L'ISO 18286:2008 n'est pas applicable aux tôles circulaires, tôles sur mesure, tôles gaufrées ou tôles à boudin pour sols, ou aux larges plats, ni aux tôles produites en continu (tôles en bobine).

Ta mednarodni standard določa zahteve za mejne odstopke za nepretrgano vroče valjane nerjavne pločevine (kvadratne plošče), izdelane na reverzivnem valjalnem stroju, z naslednjimi značilnostmi:
a) 4 mm < nazivna debelina, d < 250 mm;
b) nazivna širina, š < 600 mm.
O mejnih odstopkih za izdelke s širino < 600 mm, ki se odrežejo ali odtrgajo s pločevine, se morata dogovoriti proizvajalec in kupec med poizvedbo in naročilom.
Ta mednarodni standard ne vključuje okroglih plošč, po meri narejenih plošč, plošč z vzorci ali izboklinami za talne obloge in široke ploskve. Ne vključuje plošč s stalnim procesom (plošč, narejenih z navitjem), ker mejne odstopke za te plošče opredeljuje drug mednarodni standard (glej ISO 9444).

EN ISO 18286:2010 (E) 3 Foreword The text of ISO 18286:2008 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 17 “Steel” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as EN ISO 18286:2010 by Technical Committee ECISS/TC 105 “Steels for heat treatment, alloy steels, free-cutting steels and stainless steels” the secretariat of which is held by DIN. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by December 2010, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by December 2010.
