Ortsfeste Brandbekämpfungsanlagen - Automatische Sprinkleranlagen - Planung, Installation und Instandhaltung

Diese Norm legt Anforderungen fest und gibt Empfehlungen für die Planung, den Einbau und die Instandhaltung von ortsfesten Sprinkleranlagen in Gebäuden und Industrieanlagen. Sie legt Anforderungen an besondere Sprinkleranlagen fest, die für Maßnahmen zum Schutz des menschlichen Lebens wesentlich sind.
Diese Norm gilt nur für die in EN 12259-1 festgelegten Sprinklerarten (siehe Anhang L).
Die Anforderungen und Empfehlungen dieser Norm gelten auch für jede Ergänzung, Erweiterung, Reparatur oder sonstige Veränderung an Sprinkleranlagen. Sie gelten nicht für Sprühwasser-Löschanlagen.
Diese Norm umfasst die Klassifizierung von Gefahren, die Art der Wasserversorgung, die zu verwendenden Bauteile, den Einbau und die Prüfung der Anlage, die Instandhaltung und Erweiterung bestehender Anlagen. Sie weist Konstruktionsdetails von Gebäuden aus, die für das ordnungsgemäße Funktionieren von Sprinkleranlagen nach dieser Norm erforderlich sind.
Diese Norm gilt nicht für Wasserversorgungen für andere als Sprinkleranlagen. Ihre Anforderungen können als Leitfaden für andere ortsfeste Brandbekämpfungsanlagen verwendet werden, wobei jedoch vorausgesetzt wird, dass für andere Löschmittel besondere Anforderungen zu berücksichtigen sind.
Diese Norm gilt auch für Bausätze von Sprinkleranlagen, wobei ein Bausatz alle Bauteile umfasst, die für eine vollständig isnatallierte Sprinkleranlage erforderlich sind.
Die Anforderungen gelten nicht für automatische Sprinkleranlagen auf Schiffen, in Flugzeugen, auf Fahrzeugen und mobilen Brandbekämpfungseinrichtungen oder für unterirdische Anlagen in der Bergbau¬industrie.

Installations fixes de lutte contre l'incendie - Systemes d'extinction automatiques du type sprinkleur - Calcul, installation et maintenance

La présente norme spécifie des exigences et fournit des recommandations pour la conception, l'installation et la maintenance d'installations fixes de lutte contre l'incendie de type sprinkleur dans des bâtiments et des installations industrielles et spécifie des exigences particulieres pour les systemes d'extinction de type sprinkleur faisant partie intégrante de mesures de protection des personnes.
La présente norme ne concerne que les types de sprinkleur spécifiés dans l'EN 12259-1 (voir Annexe L).
Les exigences et recommandations de la présente norme sont également applicables a tout ajout, extension ou autre modification apportée a un systeme d'extinction de type sprinkleur. Elles ne sont pas applicables aux installations a pulvérisation d'eau ou de type déluge.
La présente norme couvre la classification des dangers, l'installation de sources d'eau, les éléments a utiliser, l'installation et les essais du systeme, la maintenance et l'extension de systemes existants, et elle identifie les détails de construction des bâtiments qui sont nécessaires au fonctionnement satisfaisant des systemes d'extinction de type sprinkleur conformes a la présente norme.
La présente norme ne couvre pas les sources d'eau alimentant des systemes autres que les systemes de type sprinkleur. Cependant, Ses exigences peuvent etre utilisées comme guide pour les autres installations fixes de lutte contre l'incendie, ceci sous réserve que les exigences spécifiques a ces autres systemes de lutte contre l'incendie soient prises en compte également.
La présente norme couvre également les sprinkleurs en kit, lorsqu'un kit comprend tous les éléments nécessaires pour réaliser l'installation complete d'un systeme de sprinkleurs.
Les exigences ne sont pas valables pour les systemes d'extinction automatiques de type sprinkleur installés sur des bateaux, dans des aéronefs, sur des véhicules et des engins mobiles d'incendie, ni pour les systemes d'extinction souterrains dans l'industrie miniere.
