transformers", was submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote and was approved by CENELEC as
EN 61869-3:2011.
The following dates were fixed:

– latest date by which the national standards conflicting

This document supersedes EN 60044-2:1999 + A1:2000 + A2:2003.
EN 61869-3:2011 shall be read in conjunction with, and is based on, EN 61869-1:2009, Instrument
Transformers – Part 1: General Requirements.
This Part 3 follows the structure of EN 61869-1 and supplements or modifies its corresponding clauses.
When a particular clause/subclause of Part 1 is not mentioned in this Part 3, that clause/subclause
applies as far as is reasonable. When this standard states “addition”, “modification” or “replacement”, the
relevant text in Part 1 shall be adapted accordingly.
For additional clauses, subclauses, figures, tables, annexes or notes, the following numbering system is
used:
– clauses, subclauses, tables, figures and notes that are numbered starting from 301 are additional to
those in Part 1;
– additional annexes are lettered 3A, 3B, etc.
Annex ZZ of EN 61869-1 is not applicable for this part of the series.

1) The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising

1 Scope
This part of IEC 61869 applies to new inductive voltage transformers for use with electrical
measuring instruments and electrical protective devices at frequencies from 15 Hz to 100 Hz.
NOTE 301 Requirements specific to three-phase voltage transformers are not included in this standard but, so far
as they are relevant, the requirements in clauses 4 to 10 apply to these transformers and a few references to them
are included in those clauses (e.g. see 3.1.303, 5.301.1, 5.301.2, 5.5.301, 6.13.301.1 and Table 304).
All the transformers shall be suitable for measuring purposes, but, in addition, certain types
may be suitable for protection purposes. Transformers for the dual purpose of measurement
and protection shall comply with all clauses of this standard.

Standard SIST EN 61869-3 (sl), Instrumentni transformatorji – 3. del: Posebne zahteve za induktivne
napetostne transformatorje, 2012, ima status slovenskega standarda in je istoveten evropskemu
standardu EN 61869-3 (en), Instrument transformers – Part 3: Specific requirements for inductive
voltage transformers, 2011.
Ta standard nadomešča SIST EN 60044-2:2001, SIST EN 60044-2:2001/A1:2001 in SIST EN 60044-
2:2001/A2:2003.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Mednarodni standard IEC 61869-3:2011 je pripravil tehnični odbor Mednarodne elektrotehniške komisije
IEC/TC 38 Instrumentni transformatorji, potrdil pa tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za
standardizacijo v elektrotehniki CLC/TC 38X Instrumentni transformatorji. Slovenski standard SIST EN
61869-3:2012 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 61869-3:2011. V primeru spora glede besedila
slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v angleškem jeziku.
Slovensko izdajo standarda je potrdil Strokovni svet SIST za področja elektrotehnike, informacijske
tehnologije in telekomunikacij.
Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je v januarju 2012 sprejel Strokovni svet SIST za področja
elektrotehnike, informacijske tehnologije in telekomunikacij.

S privzemom tega evropskega standarda veljajo za omejeni namen referenčnih standardov vsi

3. del: Dodatne zahteve za induktivne napetostne transformatorje
Predgovor
1) IEC (Mednarodna elektrotehniška komisija) je svetovna organizacija za standardizacijo, ki združuje vse nacionalne
elektrotehnične komiteje (nacionalni komiteji IEC). Cilj IEC je pospeševati mednarodno sodelovanje v vseh vprašanjih
standardizacije s področja elektrotehnike in elektronike. V ta namen poleg drugih aktivnosti izdaja mednarodne standarde,
tehnične specifikacije, tehnična poročila, javnosti dostopne specifikacije (PAS) in vodila (v nadaljevanju: publikacije IEC). Za
njihovo pripravo so odgovorni tehnični odbori. Vsak nacionalni komite IEC, ki ga zanima obravnavana tema, lahko sodeluje v
tem pripravljalnem delu. Prav tako lahko v pripravi sodelujejo mednarodne organizacije ter vladne in nevladne ustanove, ki
so povezane z IEC. IEC deluje v tesni povezavi z mednarodno organizacijo za standardizacijo ISO skladno s pogoji,
določenimi v soglasju med obema organizacijama.
2) Uradne odločitve ali sporazumi IEC o tehničnih vprašanjih, pripravljeni v tehničnih odborih, v katerih so prisotni vsi nacionalni
komiteji, ki jih tema zanima, izražajo, kolikor je mogoče, mednarodno soglasje o obravnavani temi.
3) Publikacije IEC imajo obliko priporočil za njihovo uporabo na mednarodni ravni in jih kot takšne sprejmejo nacionalni komiteji
IEC. Čeprav IEC skuša na vse primerne načine zagotavljati točnost tehničnih vsebin v publikacijah IEC, IEC ne more biti
odgovoren za način, kako se določila uporabljajo, ter za morebitne napačne razlage končnih uporabnikov.
4) Da bi pospeševali mednarodno poenotenje, so se nacionalni komiteji IEC zavezali, da bodo v svojih nacionalnih in regionalnih
standardih čim pregledneje uporabljali mednarodne standarde. Vsako odstopanje med standardom IEC in ustreznim
nacionalnim ali regionalnim standardom je treba v slednjem jasno označiti.
5) IEC ni določil nobenega postopka označevanja, ki bi kazal na njegovo potrditev, in ne more biti odgovoren za katero koli
opremo, ki bi bila deklarirana kot skladna z eno od njegovih publikacij.
6) Vsi uporabniki naj bi si zagotovili zadnjo izdajo teh publikacij.
7) IEC ali njegovi direktorji, zaposleni, uslužbenci ali agenti, vključno s samostojnimi strokovnjaki ter člani tehničnih odborov in
nacionalnih komitejev IEC, ne prevzemajo nobene odgovornosti za kakršnokoli osebno poškodbo, škodo na premoženju ali
katerokoli drugo škodo kakršnekoli vrste, bodisi posredne ali neposredne, ali za stroške (vključno z zakonitim lastništvom) in
izdatke, povezane s publikacijo, njeno uporabo ali zanašanjem na to publikacijo IEC ali katerokoli drugo publikacijo IEC.
8) Pozornost je treba posvetiti normativnim virom, na katere se sklicuje ta publikacija. Uporaba navedenih publikacij je nujna za
pravilno uporabo te publikacije.
9) Opozoriti je treba na možnost, da bi lahko bil kateri od elementov tega mednarodnega standarda predmet patentnih pravic.
IEC ni odgovoren za identificiranje nobene od teh patentnih pravic.
Mednarodni standard IEC 61869-3 je pripravil pododbor 38 Instrumentni transformatorji.
Ta standard zamenjuje standard IEC 60044-2, Induktivni napetostni transformatorji.

podatkih za to publikacijo. Po tem datumu bo publikacija:
– ponovno potrjena,

1 Področje uporabe
Ta del standarda IEC 61869 se uporablja za nove induktivne napetostne transformatorje, ki se
uporabljajo skupaj z merilnimi instrumenti in električnimi zaščitnimi napravami pri frekvencah od 15 Hz
do 100 Hz.
OPOMBA 301: Zahteve, ki se nanašajo na trifazne napetostne transformatorje, niso vključene v ta standard, vendar, kolikor
ustrezajo, za te transformatorje veljajo zahteve v točkah 4 do 10, v teh točkah pa je vključenih tudi nekaj sklicevanj
nanje (npr. glej 3.1.303, 5.301.1, 5.301.2, 5.5.301, 6.13.301.1 in preglednica 304).
Vsi transformatorji morajo biti primerni za merilne namene, dodatno pa so lahko nekateri tipi primerni za
zaščitne namene. Dvonamenski transformatorji, namenjeni za merjenje in zaščito, morajo izpolnjevati
zahteve vseh točk tega standarda.
