Diese Internationale Norm definiert Software-Normale (Etalons) vom Typ F und F1 für die Prüfung der Software von Messgeräten. Gleichzeitig definiert sie das Datenformat der Typ F1 Software-Normale zur Kalibrierung von Messgeräten zur Messung von Oberflächenstrukturen nach der Profilmethode nach ISO 3274.
ANMERKUNG 1   In dieser Norm wird die Benennung ¿Software-Normale Typ F1" durch ¿Software-Lehre" ersetzt.
ANMERKUNG 2   Früher wurde ¿Normale" auch ¿Einstellnormale" genannt.
ANMERKUNG 3    ISO 3274 bezieht sich nur auf Messgeräte mit unabhängigen Bezügen.

La présente partie de l'ISO 5436 définit les étalons logiciels de type F1 et de type F2, pour vérifier les logiciels des instruments de mesure. Elle définit également le format de fichier des étalons logiciels de type F1 pour l'étalonnage d'instruments de mesure de l'état de surface par la méthode du profil telle que définie dans l'ISO 3274.
NOTE 1 Tout au long de la présente partie de l'ISO 5436, «calibre virtuel» est utilisé en remplacement d'«étalon logiciel de type F1 ».
NOTE 2 Précédemment, les «étalons» étaient appelés «échantillons d'étalonnage».
NOTE 3 L'ISO 3274 se réfère uniquement à des instruments intégrant leur référence de guidage.

Foreword
The text of the International Standard ISO 5436-2:2001 has been prepared by Technical Committee
ISO/TC 213 "Dimensional and geometrical product specifications and verification" in collaboration with
Technical Committee CEN/TC 290 "Dimensional and geometrical product specification and verification",
the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2002, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by June 2002.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the
following countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway,
Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
NOTE FROM CMC: The foreword is susceptible to be amended on reception of the German language
version. The confirmed or amended foreword, and when appropriate, the normative annex ZA for the
