This European Standard specifies one procedure for determining the fill power (massic volume). This method is applicable to processed plumage fit for or constituting filled manufactured articles (e.g. anoraks, quilts, etc.).

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren für die Bestimmung der Füllkraft (des Füllvolumens) fest. Dieses Verfahren ist auf aufbereitete Daunen und/oder Federn für Füllungen oder befüllte Artikel (z. B. Anoraks, Zudecken usw.) anwendbar.

Le présent document spécifie un mode opératoire pour déterminer le pouvoir gonflant (volume massique). Cette méthode s’applique au plumage traité destiné aux produits manufacturés garnis ou à leurs constituants (par exemple, anoraks, couettes, etc.).

Ta evropski standard določa postopek za ugotavljanje polnilne moči (masne prostornine). Ta metoda se uporablja za obdelan puh in/ali perje, ki je primerno za napolnjene proizvodne artikle (npr. anorake, prešite odeje itd.) oziroma je del teh artiklov.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2019, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2019.
