Road lighting - Part 3: Calculation of performance
This European Standard specifies the conventions and mathematical procedures to be adopted in calculating the photometric performance of road lighting installations designed in accordance with the parameters described in EN 13201-2 to ensure that every lighting calculation is based on the same mathematical principles.
The design procedure of a lighting installation also requires the knowledge of the parameters involved in the described model, their tolerances and variability. These aspects are not considered in this part of EN 13201 but a procedure to analyse their contribution in the expected results is suggested in EN 13201-4 and it can also be used in the design phase.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Vereinbarungen und mathematischen Verfahren fest, die bei der Berechnung der lichttechnischen Gütemerkmale von Straßenbeleuchtungsanlagen zu verwenden sind, und die nach den in EN 13201-2 beschriebenen Parametern ausgelegt wurden, um sicherzustellen, dass jede Lichtberechnung auf denselben mathematischen Prinzipien basiert.
Das Entwurfsverfahren einer Beleuchtungsanlage erfordert auch das Wissen über die am beschriebenen Modell beteiligten Parameter, ihre Toleranzen und Schwankungen. Diese Aspekte werden nicht in diesem Teil der Norm betrachtet, es wird aber ein Verfahren zur Analyse ihres Beitrages in den erwarteten Ergebnissen in Teil 4 vorgeschlagen, welches ebenso in der Entwurfsphase genutzt werden kann.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les conventions et procédures mathématiques à adopter pour calculer les performances photométriques des installations d’éclairage public conçues conformément aux paramètres décrits dans l'EN 13201-2 en vue de garantir que chaque calcul d'éclairage est basé sur les mêmes principes mathématiques.
La procédure de conception d'une installation d'éclairage nécessite également de connaître les paramètres impliqués dans le modèle décrit, leurs tolérances et leur variabilité. Ces aspects ne sont pas pris en compte dans cette partie de l'EN 13201, mais une procédure d'analyse de leur contribution aux résultats attendus est proposée dans l'EN 13201-4 et peut également être utilisée dans la phase de conception.

Ta evropski standard določa norme in matematične postopke za uporabo
pri izračunavanju fotometričnih lastnosti naprav za cestno razsvetljavo, ki so zasnovane v skladu s parametri iz standarda EN 13201-2, s čimer se zagotovi, da se pri vsakem izračunu razsvetljave upoštevajo enaka matematična načela.
Zasnova naprave za razsvetljavo zahteva tudi poznavanje parametrov, vključenih v opisani model, ter njihove tolerance in spremenljivost. V tem delu standarda EN 13201 ti vidiki niso zajeti, vendar je v standardu EN 13201-4 predlagan postopek analize njihovega prispevka v pričakovanih rezultatih, ki se lahko uporabi tudi v fazi zasnove.

Standard SIST EN 13201-3 (sl), Cestna razsvetljava – 3. del: Izračun lastnosti, 2016, ima status
slovenskega standarda in je enakovreden evropskemu standardu EN 13201-3 (en), Road lighting – Part
3: Calculation of performance, 2015.
Ta standard nadomešča SIST EN 13201-3:2004, SIST EN 13201-3/AC:2005, SIST EN
13201- 3/AC:2007.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 13201-3:2015 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo
CEN/TC 169 Svetloba in razsvetljava v gradbeništvu, katerega tajništvo je v pristojnosti DIN.
Slovenski standard SIST EN 13201-3:2016 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 13201-3:2015. V
primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirnik standarda v
angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC STV Steklo, svetloba
in razsvetljava v gradbeništvu.
Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je SIST/TC STV sprejel 26. maja 2016.
