Anwendungsbereich
Diese Norm legt Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren zur Festigkeit und Dichtheit von runden Luftleitungen fest, die in Anlagen zur Lüftung und Klimatisierung von Gebäuden verwendet werden.
Der Zweck dieser Norm ist die Festlegung der mechanischen Festigkeit und Dichtheit, die zur Gebrauchstauglichkeit des eingebauten Luftleitungssystems im Hinblick auf seine beabsichtigte Nutzung erforderlich sind.
Es ist in erster Linie beabsichtigt, diese Norm für Messungen vor Ort anzuwenden; Gleichzeitig ist jedoch vorgesehen, mit Hilfe der Norm auch Prüfungen im Labor durchführen zu können. Die Anforderungen sowie die Prüfverfahren gelten hinsichtlich der Dichtheit auch für Luftleitungen mit Rechteckquerschnitt.

La présente norme est prévue pour établir la résistance mécanique et l'étanchéité requises afin de vérifier l'aptitude à une utilisation déterminée d'un réseau de conduits installé.
La norme est prévue principalement pour les mesures in situ, mais des stipulations sont également faites pour son utilisation dans des essais de laboratoire. Les prescriptions et méthodes sont également applicables aux réseaux de conduits rectangulaires en ce qui concerne l'étanchéité à l'air.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in metode preskušanja odpornosti in tesnosti okroglih zračnih kanalov, ki se uporabljajo v klimatizacijskih in prezračevalnih sistemih v stavbah. Standard je namenjen določitvi mehanske odpornosti in tesnosti, ki sta potrebni za potrditev primernosti za predvideno delovanje kot nameščeni zračni kanali. Standard je namenjen preskušanju posebnih inštalacij ter na splošno serij proizvodov na lokaciji
