Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Mischzeit von Feinanteilen in verdünnten kationischen Bitumenemulsionen unter genormten Bedingungen fest.

Ta evropski standard določa metodo za ugotavljanje časa mešanja finih delcev v razredčenih kationskih bitumenskih emulzijah v standardiziranih pogojih.
