This document specifies a method for the determination of transfer of antimicrobial constituents from paper and board materials and articles intended for food contact.
NOTE   The need of using this Standard may be specified by the legislation regarding paper and board intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.

Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Übertragung antimikrobieller Bestandteile von Materialien und Artikeln aus Papier und Pappe fest, die für den Kontakt mit Lebens¬mitteln vorgesehen sind.
ANMERKUNG   Die Notwendigkeit der Verwendung dieser Norm kann durch die Vorschriften für Papier und Pappe, die für den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln vorgesehen sind, festgelegt sein.
