Welding consumables - Deposition of a weld metal pad for chemical analysis (ISO 6847:2013)

ISO 6847:2013 specifies the procedure to be used for deposition of a weld metal pad for chemical analysis. ISO 6847:2013 applies to deposition of a weld metal pad by use of covered electrodes, wire electrodes for gas shielded metal arc welding, tubular cored electrodes for gas shielded metal arc welding and for non-gas shielded metal arc welding, tubular cored rods for gas tungsten arc welding, and wire-flux combinations for submerged arc welding. ISO 6847:2013 is applicable to welding consumables for non-alloy and fine grain steels, high strength steels, creep-resisting steels, stainless and heat-resisting steels, nickel and nickel alloys, and copper and copper alloys.

Schweißzusätze - Auftragung von Schweißgut zur Bestimmung der chemischen Zusammensetzung (ISO 6847:2013)

Diese Internationale Norm legt das Verfahren zum Auftragen des Schweißgutes zum Ermitteln der chemischen Zusammensetzung fest. Diese Internationale Norm gilt für die Herstellung eines Schweißgutblockes durch umhüllte Stabelektroden, Drahtelektroden zum Metall-Schutzgasschweißen, Fülldrahtelektroden zum Metall-Schutzgasschweißen und für selbstschützendes Metall-Lichtbogenschweißen, Füllstäbe für Wolfram-Schutzgasschweißen und Draht-Pulver-Kombinationen für Unterpulverschweißen. Diese Internationale Norm gilt für Zusätze zum Schweißen von unlegierten Stählen, Feinkornstählen, hochfesten Stählen, warmfesten Stählen, nichtrostenden und hitzebeständigen Stählen, Nickel und Nickellegierungen sowie Kupfer und Kupferlegierungen.

L'ISO 6847:2013 spécifie le mode opératoire à utiliser pour réaliser un dépôt de soudure pour l'analyse chimique. L'ISO 6847:2013 est applicable à un bloc de métal fondu déposé à l'aide d'électrodes enrobées, des fils-électrodes pour le soudage à l'arc sous protection gazeuse, de fils fourrés pour le soudage à l'arc avec et sans protection gazeuse, de baguettes fourrées pour le soudage à l'arc avec électrode de tungstène ainsi que de couples fils-flux pour le soudage à l'arc sous flux. L'ISO 6847:2013 est également applicable aux produits consommables pour le soudage des aciers non alliés et à grains fins, des aciers à haute limite d'élasticité, des aciers résistant au fluage, des aciers inoxydables et réfractaires, du nickel et des alliages de nickel, du cuivre et des alliages de cuivre.

Ta mednarodni standard določa postopek, ki se uporabi za izdelavo čistih varov za kemijsko analizo. Ta mednarodni standard se uporablja za izdelavo čistih varov z oplaščenimi elektrodami, žičnimi elektrodami za obločno varjenje v zaščitnih plinih, polnjenimi žicami za obločno varjenje v zaščitnih plinih in obločno varjenje brez zaščite, polnjenimi palicami za argonsko varjenje in kombinacijo žic za obločno varjenje pod praškom. Ta mednarodni standard se uporablja za dodajne materiale za varjenje nelegiranih in drobnozrnatih jekel, visokotrdnostnih jekel, proti lezenju odpornih jekel, nerjavnih in ognjeodpornih jekel, niklja in nikljevih zlitin ter bakra in bakrovih zlitin.

This document (EN ISO 6847:2013) has been prepared by Technical Committee IIW “International Institute of
Welding” in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 121 “Welding and allied processes” the
secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by December 2013, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn
at the latest by December 2013.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
