Welding consumables - Test methods - Part 2: Preparation of test piece for single-run and two-run technique test specimens in steel

This standard specifies preparation of butt weld test assembly and specimens. The purpose is to define the test methods in order to determine strength and impact strength of the welded joint when testing welding consumables used for submerged arc welding and tubular cored arc welding with single-run and two-run technique. This standard is applicable to welding consumables for arc welding of steel.

Diese Norm legt die Vorbereitung des Prüfstücks an Stumpfnaht- Schweißverbindungen und der Proben fest. Der Zweck ist, Prüfmethoden festzulegen zur Bestimmung der Festigkeit und Kerbschlagarbeit einer Schweißverbindung für die Einteilung von Schweißzusätzen, die für das Unterpulverschweißen und das Lichtbogenschweißen mit Fülldrahtelektroden für Einlagen- und Lage/Gegenlage Schweißungen benutzt werden. Die Norm gilt für Schweißzusätze für das Lichtbogenschweißen von Stählen.

La présente norme spécifie la préparation des assemblages d'essai de soudage bout à bout et des éprouvettes. elle a pour objet de définir les méthodes pour l'essai des produits consommables utilisés en soudage à l'arc sous flux et en soudage avec fil bourré afin de déterminer al résistance mécanique et l'énergie de rupture en flexion par choc du joint soudé en une ou deux passes. La présente norme est applicables aux produits consommables destinés au soudage à l'arc de l'acier.
