Thermal spraying - Acceptance inspection of thermal spraying equipment - Part 5: Plasma spraying in chambers

This European Standard specifies requirements for the acceptance inspection of thermal spraying equipment, in this case the pressurized part only for low pressure and controlled atmosphere plasma spraying, used in spray jobs to produce thermally sprayed coatings of reproducible quality.
This part is intended to be used in conjunction with EN 1395-1, which includes general requirements and explanations of procedures.
The plasma spraying system itself is intended to be acceptance inspected according to EN 1395-4.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen für die Abnahmeprüfung von thermischen Spritzanlagen fest, in diesem Fall nur die den Unterdruck kontrollierenden Teile zum Plasmaspritzen im Vakuum und in kontrollierter Atmosphäre, wie sie bei Spritzarbeiten zur Herstellung von thermisch gespritzten Schichten mit reproduzierbarer Qualität verwendet werden.
Dieser Teil ist dazu vorgesehen, in Verbindung mit EN 1395-1, welcher allgemeine Anforderungen und Erklärungen von Vorgehensweisen beinhaltet, angewendet zu werden.
Es ist beabsichtigt, dass die Abnahmeprüfung für das Plasmaspritzsystem selbst nach EN 1395-4 erfolgt.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences relatives au contrôle d'acceptation du matériel de projection thermique, et plus précisément de la partie sous pression pour projection au plasma sous atmosphère contrôlée et à basse pression utilisée dans les travaux de projection pour obtenir des revêtements de qualité reproductible par projection thermique.
Cette partie est destinée à être utilisée conjointement avec l'EN 1395‐1, qui traite des exigences générales et de l’explication des modes opératoires.
Le matériel de projection au plasma lui‐même est destiné à être soumis à un contrôle d'acceptation conformément à l'EN 1395‐4.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za prevzemne preskuse opreme za vroče brizganje, v tem primeru dela pod tlakom samo za nizkotlačno plazemsko brizganje v nadzorovani atmosferi, ki se uporablja kot brizganje za izdelavo vroče brizganih prevlek ponovljive kakovosti.
Ta del naj bi se uporabljal v povezavi s standardom EN 1395-1, ki vključuje splošne zahteve in razlago postopkov.
Za sistem za plazemsko brizganje je treba izvesti preskuse sprejemljivosti v skladu s standardom EN 1395-4.
