Diese Europäische Norm beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Gehalts an unsulfatierten Anteilen, die in gewöhnlichen handelsüblichen neutralisierten Produkten der Sulfatierung von ethoxylierten Alkoholen oder Alkylphenolen (Alkyloxethylensulfaten (ethoxylierten Alkoholsulfaten) oder Alkylphenoloxethylensulfaten (ethoxylierten Alkylphenolsulfaten) enthalten sind, die im Durchschnitt nicht mehr als 20 Oxethylengruppen je Molekül enthalten.

La CEI 60601-2-18:2009 établit les exigences particulières pour la sécurité de base et les performances essentielles des appareils d'endoscopie. Les exigences de sécurité minimales spécifiées dans la présente norme particulière fournissent un degré de sécurité pratique pour le fonctionnement des appareils d'endoscopie. La CEI 60601-2-18:2009 modifie et complète la CEI 60601-1:2005. Cette troisième édition annule et remplace la deuxième édition, publiée en 1996 et son Amendement 1 (2000). Cette édition constitue une révision technique et est alignée ou harmonisée avec la CEI 60601-1:2005. Les modifications principales par rapport à l'édition précédente sont les suivantes:
- l'alignement des exigences avec la CEI 60601-1-2005;
- l'inclusion des exigences relatives aux performances essentielles;
- l'inclusion des endoscopes alimentés et des appareils d'endothérapie alimentés utilisés pour des ponctions secondaires et ultérieures dans le cadre du domaine d'application de la norme;
- la référence à la CEI 60601-2-2 pour les essais de tension de tenue des appareils d'endothérapie alimentés par courant HF, plutôt que la définition d'essais différents.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD IS0 8799 : 1988 (E) Surface active agents - Sulfated ethoxylated alcohols and alkylphenols - Determination of content of unsulfated matter 1 Scope This International Standard specifies a method for the deter- mination of the content of unsulfated matter present in ordinary commercial neutralized products of sulfation of ethoxylated alcohols or alkylphenols [alkyl oxyethylene sulfates (ethoxylated alcohol sulfates) or alkylphenol oxyethylene sulfates (ethoxylated alkylphenol sulfates)] containing an average of not more than 20 oxyethylene groups per molecule. 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this International Standard. IS0 6842 : 1983, Surface active agents - Polyethoxylated alcohol and alkylphenol sulfates - Determination of total active matter con tent. 3 Principle From a methanolic solution of the test portion, the unsulfated matter is separated on an ion-exchange column (filled with a mixture of cation-exchange resins and anion-exchange resins). The unsulfated matter is recovered from the eluate by evapor- ation and weighing of the residue. 4 Reagents and materials During the analysis, use only reagents of recognized analytical grade and only distilled water or water of equivalent purity. 4.1 Methanol. 4.2 Hydrochloric acid, 73 g/l solution. 4.3 Sodium hydroxide, 80 g/l solution. 4.4 Cation-exchange resin, polystyrene sulfonic acid type, 2 % to 3 % crosslinked, 150 to 330 pm, hydrogen form. 4.5 Anion-exchange resin, polystyrene quaternary am- monium type, 2 % to 3 % crosslinked, 150 to 330 pm, chloride form. 5 Apparatus Ordinary laboratory apparatus and: 5.1 Rotary evaporator, with round-bottom flasks of capacity 250 ml. 5.2 Ion-exchange column: Tube of glass of internal dia- meter 25 mm and length 200 mm, with a constriction at the bottom and provided with a glass stopcock.
