Monolithic (unshaped) refractory products - Part 8: Determination of complementary properties (ISO 1927-8:2012)

ISO 1927-8:2012 specifies methods for the determination of the properties of unshaped refractory materials from test pieces prepared and stored in accordance with ISO 1927-5. The methods complement those described in ISO 1927-6.
The methods have been adapted from standards for shaped refractory products to make them applicable to dense and insulating castables, and ramming materials as defined in ISO 1927-1, before and after firing.

Ungeformte (monolithische) feuerfeste Erzeugnisse - Teil 8: Bestimmung zusätzlicher Eigenschaften (ISO 1927-8:2012)

Dieser Teil der ISO 1927 legt Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Eigenschaften von ungeformten feuerfesten Werkstoffen fest, die an nach ISO 1927 5 hergestellten und gelagerten Probekörpern ermittelt werden. Die Verfahren sind eine Ergänzung zu den in ISO 1927 6 beschriebenen.
Die Verfahren basieren auf Normen für geformte feuerfeste Erzeugnisse und wurden so abgeändert, dass sie auf die in ISO 1927 1 festgelegten dichten und wärmedämmenden Feuerbetone und Rammmassen im ungebrannten und gebrannten Zustand anwendbar sind.

L'ISO 1927-8:2012 spécifie des méthodes pour la détermination des propriétés de matériaux réfractaires monolithiques (non façonnés) à partir d'éprouvettes préparées et conservées conformément à l'ISO 1927-5. Les méthodes complètent celles décrites dans l'ISO 1927-6.
Les méthodes ont été adaptées à partir de Normes internationales pour produits réfractaires façonnés pour les rendre applicables aux bétons denses et isolants ainsi qu'aux matériaux moulables tels que définis dans l'ISO 1927-1, avant et après cuisson.

Ta del standarda ISO 1927 določa metode za ugotavljanje lastnosti neoblikovanih ognjevzdržnih izdelkov iz vzorcev, pripravljenih in skladiščenih v skladu s standardom ISO 1927-5. Te metode dopolnjujejo metode iz standarda ISO 1927-6. Te metode izhajajo iz standardov za oblikovane ognjevzdržne izdelke ter so prilagojene zgoščenim in izolacijskim betonom ter mašilnim materialom, kot je opredeljeno v standardu ISO 1927-1, pred žganjem in po njem.

in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 187 “Refractory products and materials” the secretariat of

which is held by BSI.

text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2013, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at

the latest by June 2013.
