Plastics piping systems - Mechanical joints between fittings and polyolefin pressure pipes - Test method for leaktightness under internal pressure of assemblies subjected to bending

This standard specifies a method for checking the leaktightness under internal hydrostatic pressure of assembled mechanical joints (excluding fusion-welded joints) between fittings and polyolefin pressure pipes while subjected to bending. It details a calculation method for the average bending radius and the procedure for achieving this bending.

Diese Norm legt das Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der Dichtheit von mechanischen Verbindungen (ausganommen Schweissverbindungen) zwischen Formstücken und Druckrohren aus Polyolefinen unter hydrostatichem Innendruck und gleichzeitig einwirkender Biegung fest. Sie legt ein Berechnungsverfahren zur Bestimmung des mittleren Biegeradius, sowie das Biegeverfahren fest.

Cette norme spécifie une méthode d'essai pour la vérification de l'étanchéité sous pression hydrostatique interne des assemblages mécaniques, (à l'exclusion des joints soudés par fusion) entre raccords et tubes en polyoléfine avec pression lorsqu'ils sont soumis à une courbure. Elle définit un mode de calcul du rayon moyen de courbure, et la méthode pour réaliser cette courbure.
