Sawn timber - Assessment of drying quality
This European Standard defines a method of assessment of drying quality. It applies to a lot of dried sawn timber (surfaced or not). It applies to both softwood and hardwood with a thickness not greater than 100 mm.
The quality of drying is expressed in terms of moisture content: target, average of the lot and variation between the pieces of the lot.
An option for specifying the degree of case-hardening is included.
NOTE 1 Other features related to drying, e.g. check, shake, warp, stain, etc., are specified in documents for visual grading of sawn timber or in product specifications and are not covered by this document.
NOTE 2 In the following the term "sawn timber" is used for all dried timber covered by this scope.
Schnittholz - Ermittlung der Trocknungsqualität
Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Trocknungsqualität fest. Sie gilt für ein Los getrocknetes Schnittholz (oberflächenbearbeitet oder nicht). Es gilt für Nadelholz und Laubholz mit einer Dicke bis 100 mm.
Die Trocknungsqualität wird angegeben als Feuchtegehalt: Soll Feuchte (Zielfeuchte) und Ist Feuchte (mittlere Holzfeuchte) des Loses und der Streuung zwischen den Stücken des Loses.
Außerdem wird die Angabe des Verschalungsgrades beschrieben.
ANMERKUNG 1 Andere Merkmale mit Bezug zur Trocknung, wie z. B. seichte Risse, Risse, Verformungen, Verfärbungen usw., sind in Normen für visuelle Sortierung von Schnittholz oder Produktspezifikationen festgelegt und werden nicht in dieser Norm behandelt.
ANMERKUNG 2 Im Folgenden wird die Benennung "Schnittholz" für jegliches getrocknetes Holz verwendet, das zum Anwendungsbereich dieser Norm gehört.
Bois scié - Estimation de la qualité du séchage
La présente Norme européenne définit une méthode d'estimation de la qualité du séchage. Cette méthode s'applique à un lot de bois sciés secs (surfacés ou non). Elle s’applique à la fois aux bois résineux et aux bois feuillus d’épaisseur inférieure ou égale à 100 mm.
La qualité du séchage est exprimée sous forme de teneur en humidité : teneur en humidité cible, teneur en humidité moyenne du lot et variation entre les pièces du lot.
Une option permettant de spécifier le degré de cémentation est incluse.
NOTE 1 Les autres critères qualitatifs relatifs au séchage (par exemple, les gerces, les fentes, les déformations, les discolorations, etc.) sont spécifiés dans les documents relatifs au classement visuel des bois sciés ou dans les spécifications de produit et ne sont pas couverts par le présent document.
NOTE 2 Dans ce qui suit, le terme «bois scié» est utilisé pour tous les bois secs qui relèvent du présent domaine d’application.
Žagani les - Ocenjevanje kakovosti sušenja
Ta evropski standard opredeljuje metodo za ocenjevanje kakovosti sušenja. Uporablja se za številne vrste suhega žaganega lesa (tako površinsko obdelanega kot neobdelanega). Uporablja se za mehke in trde vrste lesa debeline največ 100 mm.
Kakovost sušenja je izražena glede na ciljno in povprečno vsebnost vlage serije ter opredeljuje razlike v vsebnosti vlage med posameznimi kosi, ki so izražene kot dovoljene zgornje in spodnje meje.
Vključena je tudi možnost za določanje ravni utrjevanja površinske plasti.
OPOMBA 1: Drugi elementi, povezani s sušenjem, npr. preverjanje, deformacije, madeži itd. so določeni v dokumentih za vizualno ocenjevanje žaganega lesa ali v specifikacijah izdelkov in niso zajeti v tem dokumentu.
OPOMBA 2: V nadaljevanju se izraz »žagani les« uporablja za ves suhi les, ki spada na področje uporabe.
