Multilayer piping systems for hot and cold water installations inside buildings - Part 7: Guidance for the assessment of conformity (ISO/TS 21003-7:2008)

ISO/TS 21003-7:2008 is applicable, in conjunction with the other parts of ISO 21007, to multilayer piping systems intended to be used for hot and cold water installations inside buildings for the conveyance of water — whether or not the water is intended for human consumption (domestic systems) or for heating systems — under specified design pressures and temperatures appropriate to the class of application. It gives guidance for the assessment of conformity, to be included in the manufacturer's quality plan as part of the quality system.
It includes:
requirements for materials, components, joints and assemblies given in the applicable part(s) of ISO 21003;
requirements for the manufacturer's quality system (e.g. ISO 9001);
definitions and procedures to be used if third-party certification is involved.

Mehrschichtverbund-Rohrleitungssysteme für die Warm- und Kaltwasserinstallation innerhalb von Gebäuden - Teil 7: Empfehlungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität (ISO/TS 21003-7:2008)

Diese Technische Spezifikation gilt, zusammen mit den anderen Teilen von ISO 21003 (siehe Vorwort), für Mehrschichtverbund-Rohrleitungssysteme, die in der Warm- und Kaltwasserinstallation innerhalb von Gebäuden für den Transport von Wasser eingesetzt werden — unabhängig davon, ob das Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch (Hausinstallation) oder für Heizungsanlagen verwendet wird —, unter Berücksichtigung des betreffenden zulässigen Betriebsdruckes und der für die jeweilige Anwendungsklasse geltenden Temperaturen (siehe Tabelle 1 von ISO 21003-1:2008). Sie gibt Empfehlungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität, die als Teil des Qualitätssicherungssystems im Qualitätssicherungsplan des Herstellers enthalten sein müssen.
Diese Technische Spezifikation enthält:
a)   Anforderungen an Werkstoffe, Rohrleitungsteile, Verbindungen und Bauteilkombinationen, die im betreffenden Teil der ISO 21003 festgelegt sind;
b)   Anforderungen an das Qualitätssicherungssystem des Herstellers (z. B. ISO 9001 [2]);
c)   bei Drittstellenzertifizierung anzuwendende Definitionen und Verfahren.
ANMERKUNG   Bei Drittstellenzertifizierung wird empfohlen, diese durch eine unabhängige Zertifizierungs¬stelle durchführen zu lassen, die nach ISO/IEC Guide 65 [3] oder, sofern zutreffend, ISO/IEC 17021 [4] zugelassen ist.

L'ISO/TS 21003-7:2008, conjointement avec les autres parties de l'ISO 21003, est applicable aux systèmes de canalisations multicouches destinés aux installations d'eau chaude et froide pour le transport de l'eau à l'intérieur des bâtiments — qu'elle soit ou non destinée à la consommation humaine (systèmes domestiques) et à des systèmes de chauffage — à des pressions et des températures de calcul correspondant à la classe d'application. Elle donne un guide pour l'évaluation de la conformité, à inclure dans le plan qualité du fabricant, dans le cadre du système qualité.
Elle comporte
les exigences relatives aux matières, composants, assemblages et montages, énoncées dans la(les) partie(s) applicable(s) de l'ISO 21003,
les exigences relatives au système qualité du fabricant (par exemple l'ISO 9001),
les définitions et les procédures à appliquer en cas de certification par une tierce partie.

Ta tehnična specifikacija velja skupaj z drugimi deli ISO 21003 (glej Pregovor) za večslojne cevne sisteme, namenjeni za napeljave z vročo in hladno vodo v stavbah za prenašanje vode — ne glede na to, ali je voda namenjena za prehrano ljudi (domači sistemi) ali za sisteme ogrevanja – pod določenimi računskimi tlaki in temperaturami, primernimi za razred uporabe (glej preglednico 1 iz ISO 21003-1:2008). Podaja navodilo za ugotavljanje skladnosti, ki bo vključeno v načrt kakovosti proizvajalca kot del sistema kakovosti. Vključuje: - zahteve za materiale, sestavne dele, spoje in sklope, podane v tistih delih ISO 21003, ki se uporabljajo; - zahteve za sistem kakovosti proizvajalca (npr. This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 25 June 2008 for provisional application.
The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to submit their
comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.
CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS available
promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in parallel to the CEN/TS)
until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
