Intelligent transport systems - eSafety - eCall via satellite

In respect of 112-eCall (operating requirements defined in EN 16072), this document defines specifications for the provision of eCall via satellite communications networks (Satellite-IMS-112-eCall and Satellite-TPS-eCall).
As with the existing provisions for eCall for Classes M1/N1 vehicles, these are specified within the paradigm of OEM fit equipment at the point of manufacture.
This document includes only the requirements for the provision of Satellite IMS-112-eCall using satellite telecommunications and Satellite-TPS-eCall.
NOTE   The 112-eCall paradigm involves a direct call from the vehicle to the most appropriate PSAP. (Third party service provision by comparison, involves the support of an intermediary third party service provider (TPSP) before the call is forwarded to the PSAP.)

In Bezug auf den 112 eCall (Betriebsbedingungen in EN 16072 festgelegt) legt dieses Dokument Spezifikationen zur Bereitstellung von eCall über Satellitentelekommunikationsnetzwerke fest (Satelliten IMS 112 eCall und Satelliten TPS eCall).
Wie bei den bereits bestehenden Bestimmungen zu eCall für Fahrzeuge der Klasse M1/N1 werden diese innerhalb des Paradigmas für Ausrüstung spezifiziert, die vom Originalgerätehersteller zum Zeitpunkt der Herstellung eingebaut wird.
Dieses Dokument umfasst nur die Anforderungen für die Bereitstellung von Satelliten IMS 112 eCall unter Verwendung von Satellitentelekommunikation und Satellite TPS eCall.
ANMERKUNG   Das 112 eCall-Paradigma beinhaltet einen Direktanruf vom Fahrzeug bei der zuständigen Notrufzentrale (en: Public Safety Answering Point, PSAP). (Zum Vergleich: Die Diensterbringung durch Dritte beinhaltet die Unterstützung eines zwischengeschalteten externen Dienstleisters (en.: third party service provider, TPSP), bevor der Anruf an die Notrufzentrale weitergeleitet wird).

V zvezi s storitvijo e-Klic 112 (zahteve za delovanje so določene v standardu EN 16072) ta dokument določa dodatne specifikacije za zagotavljanje e-Klica prek satelitskih komunikacijskih omrežij (satelit IMS-112-e-Klic in satelit TPS-e-Klic).
Tako kot obstoječe določbe za e-Klic za vozila razredov M1/N1 so tudi te določbe opredeljene v okviru paradigme, da gre za originalno nameščeno opremo (OEM), ki se namesti ob proizvodnji.
Ta dokument zajema samo zahteve za zagotavljanje e-Klica prek satelita IMS-112 z uporabo satelitskih telekomunikacij in e-Klica prek satelita TPS.
OPOMBA:   Primer e-Klica 112 je neposredni klic iz vozila do najustreznejšega centra za usklajevanje reševanja. (Zagotavljanje storitev tretjih ponudnikov – za primerjavo – vključuje podporo posredniškega tretjega ponudnika storitev (TPSP), preden je klic posredovan centru za usklajevanje reševanja.)

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 6 January 2019 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to
submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS
available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in
parallel to the CEN/TS) until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
