Domestic direct gas-fired tumble dryers of types B22D and B23D, of nominal heat input not exceeding 6 kW - Part 2: Rational use of energy

This European Standard specifies the requirements and test methods for rational use of energy, including measurement of both gas and electrical energy consumption, of domestic direct gas-fired tumble dryers, of types B22D and B23D, of nominal heat input not exceeding 6 kW, hereafter referred to as "appliances".
This European Standard does not apply to:
a)   catalytic combustion appliances;
b)   appliances designed exclusively for industrial purposes;
c)   appliances intended to be used in locations where special conditions prevail, such as the presence of a corrosive or explosive atmosphere;
d)   appliances of the condensing type wherein the heated air and products of combustion used for the drying process are dehumidified by cooling with water or air;
e)   appliances intended to be used in vehicles or on board ships or aircraft.
This European Standard covers type testing only.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an und Prüfverfahren für die rationelle Energieverwendung von direkt gasbeheizten Haushalts Trommeltrocknern der Typen B22D und B23D mit Nennwärmebelastungen nicht über 6 kW, im folgenden „Geräte“ genannt, fest, was auch die Messung des Verbrauchs an sowohl Gasenergie als auch elektrischer Energie umfasst.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für:
a)   Geräte mit katalytischer Verbrennung;
b)   Geräte, die ausschließlich für industrielle Zwecke ausgelegt sind;
c)   Geräte, die dazu bestimmt sind, an Standorten eingesetzt zu werden, an denen besondere Bedingungen vorherrschen, wie z. B. das Vorhandensein einer korrodierenden oder explosionsfähigen Atmosphäre;
d)   Geräte vom kondensierenden Typ, in denen die erwärmte Luft und die Verbrennungsprodukte (Abgase), die für den Trockenprozess genutzt werden, durch Kühlung mit Wasser oder Luft entfeuchtet werden;
e)   Geräte, die dazu bestimmt sind, in Fahrzeugen oder an Bord von Schiffen oder Flugzeugen verwendet zu werden.
Diese Europäische Norm behandelt nur die Typprüfung.

Cette Norme européenne définit les exigences et les méthodes d'essais pour l'utilisation rationnelle
de l'énergie des sèche-linge domestiques à tambour rotatif à chauffage direct utilisant les
combustibles gazeux, de types B22D et B23D, de débit calorifique nominal ne dépassant pas 6 kW,
désignés, ci-après, sous le terme "appareils".
Cette Norme européenne ne s'applique pas :
a) aux appareils à combustion catalytique ;
b) aux appareils conçus exclusivement à des fins industrielles ;
c) aux appareils destinés à être utilisés dans des locaux où règnent certaines conditions
spécifiques, telles que la présence d'atmosphère corrosive ou explosive ;
d) aux appareils du type à condensation à l'intérieur desquels l'air chauffé et les produits de
combustion utilisés pour le séchage sont déshumidifiés par refroidissement à l'eau ou à l'air ;
e) aux appareils destinés à être utilisés dans les véhicules ou à bord des bateaux ou des avions.
Cette Norme européenne couvre uniquement les essais de type.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in preskusne metode za smotrno rabo energijo, vključno z merjenjem porabe plinske in električne energije gospodinjskih bobnastih sušilnikov s plinskim ogrevanjem tipov B22D in B23D z imensko močjo do vključno 6 kW, v nadaljevanju »aparatov«.
Ta evropski standard ne velja za:
