Dimensions of low-voltage switchgear and controlgear - Standardized mounting on rails for mechanical support of switchgear, controlgear and accessories

IEC 60715:2017 specifies dimensional and functional requirements for the compatible mounting of switchgear, controlgear and accessories on some types of rails. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition published in 1981 and Amendment 1:1995. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: a) the electrical function of the rail for protective earthing is covered by the relevant product standard. b) the document has been editorially updated to bring it into compliance with the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2:2016, and drawings have been updated to bring them in compliance with ISO tolerancing and drawing standards.It has the status of a horizontal standard in accordance with IEC Guide 108.

IEC 60715:2017 spécifie les exigences dimensionnelles et fonctionnelles destinées à assurer la compatibilité du montage des appareillages et de leurs accessoires sur certains types de profilés-supports. Cette deuxième édition annule et remplace la première édition parue en 1981 et l'Amendement 1:1995. Cette édition constitue une révision technique. Cette édition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à l'édition précédente: a) la fonction électrique de conducteur de protection du profilé-support est couverte par la norme de produit correspondante. b) Le document a fait l’objet d’une mise à jour éditoriale visant à le rendre conforme aux Directives ISO/IEC, Partie 2:2016 et les dessins ont fait l’objet d’une mise à jour afin d’être conformes aux normes ISO de tolérancement et de dessin.Elle a le statut d'une norme horizontale conformément au Guide 108 de l'IEC.

Ta dokument določa dimenzijske in funkcionalne zahteve za združljivo vgradnjo stikalnih naprav, krmilnih naprav in dodatne opreme na nekatere vrste nosilnih natičnih letev.
Namen tega dokumenta je določiti dimenzije, ki so ključnega pomena za pravilno načrtovanje nosilnih natičnih letev in opreme.
Ta dokument vsebuje poglavja z naslednjimi prerezi:
– poglavje s prerezom »pokrivne letve«;
– poglavje s prerezom »C«;
– poglavje s prerezom »G«.
OPOMBA 1: Združljivost pri vgradnji ne pomeni funkcijske zamenljivosti.
V dodatkih so opisane posebne jeklene nosilne natične letve, ki ustrezajo zahtevam v tem dokumentu, in dodatni podatki o dimenzijah in obremenitvah, ki veljajo za take letve.
OPOMBA 2: Podrobna zasnova in material določenih jeklenih letev sta podana v dodatkih.
OPOMBA 3: Uporabijo se lahko druge oblike letev, ki so v skladu s tem dokumentom, toda niso naštete v dodatku A.
Nosilne natične letve, ki se uporabljajo kot zaščitni vodnik, ki uporabljajo prevodni priključek za priključitev na priključni blok zaščitnega vodnika, so podane v standardu IEC 60947-7-2. Za druge aplikacije, pri katerih je nosilna natična letev uporabljena kot ozemljitveni vodnik, se uporablja ustrezni standard za izdelek.
Ta dokument ima status usklajenega horizontalnega standarda v skladu z vodilom IEC 108:2006. Ta horizontalni standard je namenjen predvsem tehničnim odborom za pripravo standardov v skladu z načeli vodila IEC 108. Relationship between this European standard and the safety objectives of
Directive 2014/35/EU [2014 OJ L96] aimed to be covered
This European standard has been prepared under a Commission’s standardisation request relating to
harmonised standards in the field of the Low Voltage Directive, M/511, to provide one voluntary means
of conforming to safety objectives of Directive 2014/35/EU of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the
making available on the market of electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits
[2014 OJ L96].
Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European Union under that Directive,
compliance with the normative clauses of this standard given in Table ZZ.1 confers, within the limits of
the scope of this standard, a presumption of conformity with the corresponding safety objectives of
that Directive, and associated EFTA regulations.
