Building intercom systems - Part 2: Requirements for advanced security building intercom systems (ASBIS)

IEC 62820-2:2017 specifies the technical requirements for the composition, function, performance and testing methods of Advanced Security Building Intercom Systems. This document is applicable for intercom systems used for any advanced security communication in buildings. Advanced security building intercom systems (ASBIS) are used for rapid emergency and danger messages verification by voice communication, warning of a danger, rapid notification of the responsible emergency services/intervention services and for sending instructions on how to proceed. The requirement for a suitable concept is prior risk assessment and a definition of the protection target.

L'IEC 62820-2:2017 spécifie les exigences techniques relatives à la composition, aux fonctions, aux performances et aux méthodes d'essai des systèmes d'interphone de bâtiment à sécurité avancée. Le présent document s'applique aux systèmes d'interphone utilisés pour la communication à sécurité avancée dans les bâtiments. Les systèmes d'interphone de bâtiment à sécurité avancée (ASBIS) sont utilisés pour la vérification rapide de messages d'urgence et de danger par communication vocale, la mise en garde contre un danger, la notification rapide des services d'urgence/services d'intervention concernés et pour envoyer des instructions sur la conduite à adopter. L'exigence pour un concept adapté consiste en une évaluation préalable du risque et en une définition de la cible de la protection.

Ta del standarda IEC 62820 določa tehnične zahteve za sestavo, funkcije in zmogljivost naprednejših varnostnih sistemov notranjih komunikacij v stavbah ter metode za njihovo preskušanje. Ta dokument se uporablja za sisteme notranjih komunikacij, ki se uporabljajo za naprednejšo varnostno komunikacijo v stavbah.
Naprednejši varnostni sistemi notranjih komunikacij v stavbah (ASBIS) se uporabljajo za hitro preverjanje sporočil v sili in sporočil o nevarnosti na podlagi glasovne komunikacije, opozarjanje na nevarnost, hitro obveščanje odgovornih zasilnih/intervencijskih storitev ter pošiljanje navodil za nadaljnje ukrepanje. Zahteva za ustrezno zasnovo ima prednost pred ocenjevanjem tveganj in opredelitvijo tarče zaščite.
Enota za upravljanje varnosti (SMU) je obvezen del naprednejšega varnostnega sistema notranjih komunikacij v stavbi.
Vrsta stavbe in uporaba stavbe vplivata na izračun tveganja. V tem dokumentu so ustrezne funkcije in zmogljivosti razdeljene v tri razrede. Glede na rezultate izračuna tveganja bo varnostne zahteve izpolnjeval posamezen profil sistema.
OPOMBA 1: Primeri tipičnih profilov in posameznih razredov so opredeljeni v standardu IEC 62820-3-2, ki zahteva izračun tveganja.
OPOMBA 2: Uporaba tega dokumenta ne pomeni, da lahko uporabnik opusti ukrepe za zagotavljanje skladnosti z javnimi nacionalnimi uredbami o sistemih za primere nevarnosti.
OPOMBA 3: Sistemi za primere nevarnosti so lahko predmet odobritve lokalnih organov.
