Mobile fire extinguishers - Part 3: Requirements for the assembly, construction and pressure resistance of CO2 extinguishers which comply with the requirements of EN 1866-1

This European Standard specifies the rules of design, assembling, testing and inspection during manufacturing of mobile CO2 fire extinguishers which comply with the requirements of EN 1866-1, as far as pressure resistance is concerned.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Vorgaben im Hinblick auf die konstruktive Gestaltung, den Zusammenbau, die Typprüfung und die Überprüfung während der Fertigung fahrbarer Kohlendioxid Feuerlöscher fest, die den Anforderungen von EN 1866 1 entsprechen, soweit Druckfestigkeit betrachtet wird.
ANMERKUNG 1   Die konstruktive Gestaltung ist auf die konstruktive Gestaltung der Baugruppe begrenzt.
ANMERKUNG 2   Anhang A enthält die Klassifizierung der unterschiedlichen Teile des Feuerlöschers.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les règles de conception, d’assemblage, d’essai et d’inspection au cours de la fabrication des extincteurs d'incendie mobiles au dioxyde de carbone conformes aux exigences de l'EN 1866-1, pour ce qui concerne la résistance à la pression.
NOTE 1   La conception se limite à la conception de l'ensemble extincteur.
NOTE 2   La classification des différentes parties de l’ensemble extincteur est donnée dans l’Annexe A.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by November 2013, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by November 2013.
