Space project management - General requirements - Part 4: Project phasing and planning

The present document "Project phasing and planning" is part of a collection of space standards belonging to the management branch. Its purpose is to define the principles and requirements to be observed during the management of the project phasing and planning. Each requirement and its purpose is described together with the expected output. The requirements specified herein apply to and affect the customer and supplier at all levels, when the capability to design and supply conforming product needs to be demonstrated.

Diese Norm ¿Projektphaseneinteilung und -planung" ist Teil 4 von EN 13290 Raumfahrt-Projektmanagement - Allgemeine Anforderungen.
Zweck dieser Norm ist die Festlegung der für das Management der Projektphaseneinteilung und -planung maßgebenden Grundsätze und Anforderungen.
Jede Anforderung und ihr Zweck werden zusammen mit dem erwarteten Ergebnis beschrieben.
Die in dieser Norm festgelegten Anforderungen betreffen und gelten für Kunden und Lieferanten auf allen Ebenen, wenn der Nachweis der Fähigkeit zu Design und Lieferung konformer Produkte erbracht werden muss.
Die vorliegende Norm ¿Projektphaseneinteilung und -planung" umfasst alle Phasen des Projekts.
Aus Sicht eines speziellen Projektinhalts sollten die in dieser Norm definierten Anforderungen angepasst werden, um sie mit den tatsächlichen Anforderungen eines speziellen Projektprofils und spezieller Projektumstände in Übereinstimmung zu bringen.
ANMERKUNG   Anpassung ist ein Prozess, in dem einzelne Anforderungen in Spezifikationen, Normen und ähnlichen Dokumenten nach Bewertung für ein bestimmtes Projekt ausgewählt und in Ausnahmefällen auch modifiziert oder indem neue Anforderungen aufgenommen werden.

Management des projets spatiaux - Exigences générales - Partie 4: Logique de déroulement

La présente Norme "Logique de déroulement" est la partie 4 de EN 13290 Management des projets spatiaux - Exigences générales.
Elle a pour objet de définir les principes et exigences à respecter pour le management de la logique de déroulement de projet.
Chaque exigence ainsi que son objet est décrite avec la sortie attendue.
Les exigences spécifiées dans la présente Norme s'appliquent à tous les niveaux au client et au fournisseur, dès lors qu'il est nécessaire de démontrer la capacité à concevoir et à fournir des produits conformes.
La présente Norme couvre toutes les phases d'un projet.
Dans le cadre d'un projet spécifique, il convient d'approprier les exigences définies dans la présente norme en fonction des exigences spécifiques à un projet particulier, à son profil et à son contexte.
L'appropriation est le processus permettant d'évaluer chacune des exigences des spécifications, normes et documents associés et de les appliquer à un projet donné par sélection, et dans quelques cas exceptionnels, modification d'exigences existantes ou addition de nouvelles exigences.
