Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials - Welding procedure test - Part 4: Finishing welding of aluminium castings (ISO 15614-4:2005)

ISO 15614-4:2005 specifies how a welding procedure specification for finishing welding of aluminium castings is qualified by welding procedure tests. It does not apply to repair welding.

Anforderung und Qualifizierung von Schweißverfahren für metallische Werkstoffe - Schweißverfahrensprüfung - Teil 4: Fertigungsschweißen von Aluminiumguss (ISO 15614-4:2005)

Dieser Teil von ISO 15614 ist Teil einer Normenreihe, Einzelheiten zu dieser Normenreihe sind in EN ISO 15607:2003, Anhang A, angegeben.
Diese Norm legt die Bedingungen fest, unter denen die Schweißanweisung für das Fertigungsschweißen von Aluminiumguss durch Schweißverfahrensprüfungen qualifiziert wird. Sie gilt nicht für irgend eine Art von Reparaturschweißungen.
Für die Verbindungsschweißungen ist ISO 15614-2 anzuwenden.
Das Lichtbogenschweißen von Aluminiumguss umfasst die folgenden Schweißprozesse nach ISO 4063:
-   131   Metall-Inertgasschweißen, MIG-Schweißen;
-   141   Wolfram-Inertgasschweißen, WIG-Schweißen;
-   15   Plasmaschweißen.
Andere Schmelzschweißprozesse entsprechend Vereinbarung.
Schutzgase, die bei diesen Schweißprozessen eingesetzt werden, sind:
-   Argon   ISO 14175 I 1;
-   Helium   ISO 14175 I 2;
-   Argon-Helium-Mischgas   ISO 14175 I 3.
Andere Schutzgase nach Vereinbarung.

L'ISO 15614-4:2005 spécifie comment un descriptif de mode opératoire de soudage, en réparation par soudage pour les travaux de finition des pièces moulées en aluminium, est qualifié par une épreuve. Elle ne s'applique pas à la réparation par soudage en général.
