Binders, composite binders and factory made mixtures for floor screeds based on calcium sulfate - Part 1: Definitions and requirements

This document applies to calcium sulphate binders and composite binders made of calcium sulphate used for the manufacture of floor screeds for interior use in buildings. It also includes requirements for factory made mixtures made of calcium sulphate used for the manufacture of floor screeds which are given in EN 13813. This document does not cover the application of floor screeds. Floor screeds made with products covered by this document may contribute to thermal and sound insulation and fire protection of the floor.

Calciumsulfat-Binder, Calciumsulfat-Compositbinder und Calciumsulfat-Werkmörtel für Estriche - Teil 1: Begriffe und Anforderungen

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Calciumsulfat-Binder und Calciumsulfat-Compositbinder, zur Herstellung von Estrichen für die Verwendung im Innern von Gebäuden. Sie enthält auch Anforderungen an Calciumsulfat-Werkmörtel, die zur Herstellung von Estrichen nach EN 13813 verwendet werden. Diese Norm gilt nicht für die Ausführung von Estrichen. Estriche, die aus in dieser Norm beschriebenen Produkten hergestellt werden, tragen zur Wärme- und Schalldämmung sowie zum Brandschutz von Decken bei.

Le présent document s'applique aux liants et aux liants composites à base de sulfate de calcium utilisés pour la fabrication de chapes destinées à un usage intérieur dans les bâtiments. La présente norme comporte également des prescriptions concernant les mélanges fabriqués en usine à base de sulfate de calcium utilisés pour la fabrication de chapes définies dans l'EN 13813. Le présent document ne traite pas de la mise en oeuvre des chapes. Les chapes réalisées avec les produits traités dans le présent document peuvent contribuer à l'isolation thermique et acoustique, et à la protection du sol contre le feu.
