Fruit and vegetable juices - Determination of the stable carbon isotope ratio (13C/12C) in the pulp of fruit juices - Method using isotope ratio mass spectrometry

This draft European Prestandard specifies a method for the determination of the stable carbon isotope ratio of the pulp in fruit juices. The determination of this parameter is useful as an internal standard for comparison with the Carbon 13 content value (d13C) obtained for the sugars.

Der vorliegende Europäische Vornorm-Entwurf legt ein Verfahren für die Bestimmung des Verhältnisses von stabilen Kohlenstoff-Isotopen in den unlöslichen Bestandteilen (Pulpe) von Fruchtsäften fest. Die Bestimmung dieses Parameters ist als interner Standard für den Vergleich des Werts des 13C-Gehaltes (d13C) des Zuckeranteils anwendbar

La détermination de ce paramètre est utile en tant qu'étalon interne pour permettre de le comparer à la teneur en carbone 13 (d13C) obtenue pour les sucres.
