Packaging - Flexible aluminium tubes - Internal lacquer film thickness measurement method

This document specifies methods for the determination of the thickness of the lacquer film applied inside cylindrical and conical aluminium tubes. The methods are a reference. They can also be used as a reference when calibrating other electronic instruments suitable for determining coating weight thickness. It is applicable to aluminium tubes used for packing pharmaceutical, cosmetic, hygiene, food and other domestic products.
NOTE   Although not specified in this document there are available suitable automatic film thickness measurement instruments that provide instantaneous results with good accuracy (<1μm).

Dieses Dokument legt Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Dicke des Innenschutzlackes bei zylindrischen und konischen Aluminiumtuben fest. Diese Verfahren gelten als Referenzverfahren. Sie können als Grundlage für die Kalibrierung von anderen elektronischen Geräten zur Lackfilmdickenbestimmung herangezogen werden. Dieses Dokument gilt für Aluminiumtuben zum Verpacken von Produkten der Pharmazie, der Kosmetik, der Hygiene und von Lebensmitteln und anderen Haushaltsprodukten.
ANMERKUNG   Obwohl in diesem Dokument nicht erwähnt, stehen Geräte für die automatische Messung der Schicht¬dicke zur Verfügung, die sofort Ergebnisse mit hoher Genauigkeit (< 1 µm) liefern.

Le présent document spécifie des méthodes de détermination de l’épaisseur du film de vernis appliqué à l’intérieur des tubes en aluminium cylindriques ou coniques. Ces méthodes sont des méthodes de référence, qui peuvent également servir de référence lors de l’étalonnage d’autres appareils électroniques appropriés pour la détermination de l’épaisseur d’un revêtement. Il s’applique aux tubes en aluminium utilisés pour le conditionnement de produits pharmaceutiques, cosmétiques, d’hygiène, alimentaires et d’autres produits domestiques et industriels.
NOTE   Même s’ils ne sont pas spécifiés dans le présent document, il existe d’autres appareils de mesure automatique de l’épaisseur du film appropriés qui fournissent des résultats instantanés avec une bonne précision (< 1 µm).

Ta dokument določa metodo za ugotavljanje debeline plasti laka, nanesenega v valjaste in stožčaste aluminijaste tube. Metoda je referenca. Uporablja se lahko tudi kot referenca pri umerjanju drugih elektronskih instrumentov, primernih za določanje debeline teže prevleke, npr. z merjenjem kapacitivnosti z vrtinčnim tokom. Uporablja se za prožne aluminijaste tube, namenjene pakiranju farmacevtskih, kozmetičnih, higienskih, prehrambenih ter drugih gospodinjskih izdelkov.
OPOMBA:   Čeprav to ni navedeno v tem standardu, so na voljo ustrezni avtomatski merilniki debeline plasti, ki zagotavljajo takojšnje rezultate z dobro natančnostjo (< 1 µm).
