Friction stir welding - Aluminium - Part 4: Specification and qualification of welding procedures (ISO 25239-4:2011)

ISO 25239-4:2011 specifies the requirements for the specification and qualification of welding procedures for the friction stir welding (FSW) of aluminium. In ISO 25239-4:2011, the term "aluminium" refers to aluminium and its alloys.
ISO 25239-4:2011 does not apply to friction stir spot welding.

Varjenje z gnetenjem - Aluminij - 4. del: Zahteve in kvalifikacija varilnega postopka (ISO 25239-4:2011)

Ta del standarda ISO 25239 določa zahteve za specifikacijo in kvalifikacijo varilnih postopkov za varjenje aluminija z gnetenjem. V tem delu standarda ISO 25239 se izraz »aluminij« nanaša na aluminij in njegove zlitine. Specifikacija varilnega postopka (WPS) je potrebna kot podlaga za načrtovanje varjenja in kontrolo kakovosti med njim. Varjenje se v terminologiji standardov za sisteme kakovosti obravnava kot poseben postopek. V standardih za sisteme kakovosti je običajno navedena zahteva, da se posebni postopki izvedejo v skladu s pisnimi specifikacijami za postopek. Metalurški odkloni predstavljajo posebno težavo. Ker nedestruktivno preskušanje mehanskih lastnosti na sedanji ravni tehnologije ni mogoče, je bila določena zbirka pravil za kvalifikacijo varjenja pred izdajo specifikacije varilnega postopka v dejansko proizvodnjo. Ta del standarda ISO 25239 določa ta pravila.
