Aluminium and aluminium alloys - Cold drawn rod/bar and tube - Part 7: Seamless tubes, tolerances on dimensions and form

This part of EN 754 specifies the tolerances on dimensions and form for aluminium and aluminium alloy cold drawn seamless tubes with an outside diameter (OD) from 3 mm to 350 mm (round tube, see figure 1) or with a cross section contained within a circumscribing circle (CD) from 8 mm to 300 mm (other than round tube, see figure 2) supplied in straight lengths. This standard only applies to tube produced by the seamless die/mandrel method of extrusion (and then cold drawn to the final dimensions required).

Dieser Teil von EN 754 legt die Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen für gezogene, nahtlose Rohre aus Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen mit einem Außendurchmesser (OD) von 3 mm bis 350 mm (Rundrohre, siehe Bild 1) oder mit einem Querschnitt, der in einem Umschlingungskreis (CD) von 8 mm bis 300 mm enthalten ist (andere als Rundrohre, siehe Bild 2) fest. Sie werden in geraden Längen geliefert. Diese Norm gilt nur für Rohre, die nach dem nahtlosen Strangpreßverfahren hergestellt und dann auf die geforderten Endmaße gezogen werden.

La présente partie de l'EN 754 spécifie les tolérances de dimensions et de forme des tubes filés sur aiguille en aluminim et alliages d'aluminium avec un diamètre extérieur (OD) de 3 mm à 350 mm (tube rond, voir figure 1) ou avec une section transversale contenue dans le cercle circonscrit (CD) de 8 mm à 300 mm (autre que tube rond, voir figure 2), fournis en longueurs droites. Cette norme ne s'applique qu'aux tubes produits filés sur aiguille (puis ensuite étiré à froid aux dimensions finales requises).
