Automotive fuels and fat and oil derivates - Determination of steryl glycosides in fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) - Method by GC-MS with prior purification by SPE

This European Standard describes a procedure for the determination of steryl glycosides (SG) contents in fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) in a range between 20 mg/kg and 38 mg/kg.
NOTE   Steryl glycosides (SG) are mainly present in vegetable oils.

Diese Europäische Norm beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Gehaltes von Sterylglycosiden (SG) in Fettsäure Methylester (FAME) im Bereich zwischen (20 und 38) mg/kg.
ANMERKUNG   Sterylglycoside (SG) befinden sich hauptsächlich in Pflanzenölen.

La présente Norme européenne décrit une méthode de détermination de la teneur en stérols glucosides (SG) dans des esters méthyliques d'acides gras (EMAG) sur un intervalle compris entre 20 et 38 mg/kg.
NOTE   Les stérols glucosides (SG) sont principalement présents dans les huiles végétales.

Ta evropski standard opisuje postopek za določevanje sterilglikozidov (SG) v očiščenih metilnih estrih maščobnih kislin (FAME, ki se pogosto imenujejo biodizel).
Ta metoda je primerna za analizo metilnih estrov maščobnih kislin, pripravljenih iz rastlinskih olj. Vsebnost sterilglikozidov je mogoče kvantificirati v homogenih vzorcih in vzorcih, pri katerih se je sterilglikozid začel izločati.
