The opportunity was taken to replace all existing stripwound standards into this single document and to reformat it such that its layout is similar to the Internatioanl Standard for corrugated hose, ISO 10380. At the same time, additional information has been included which was not available when the replaced standards were originally produced. This document is a base standard for stripwound metal hoses and hose assemblies for general purposes.
