Protective clothing - Electrostatic properties - Part 1: Test method for measurement of surface resistivity

This European Standard specifies a test method for materials intended to be used in the manufacturing of electrostatic dissipative protective clothing (or gloves) to avoid incendiary discharge. This test method is not applicable for materials to be used in the manufacturing of protection clothing or gloves against mains voltages.

Schutzkleidung (oder Handschuhen) zur Vermeidung von zündfähigen Entladungen fest. Dieses
Prüfverfahren gilt nicht für Materialien für die Herstellung von Schutzkleidung oder Handschuhen gegen Netzspannung.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie une méthode d’essai à appliquer sur des matériaux destinés à être utilisés dans la fabrication de vêtements ou gants de protection dissipant l’électricité statique afin d’éviter les étincelles susceptibles de provoquer un incendie. Cette méthode d’essai ne s’applique pas aux matériaux destinés à être utilisés dans la fabrication de vêtements ou gants de protection contre des tensions électriques élevées.
