Vehicle parking control equipment - Requirements and test methods for a parking terminal

This document specifies the technical and functional requirements including test methods for parking terminals. It applies to unattended terminals used to obtain the right to park for visual and / or electronic control of multiple road vehicles, with payment where applicable.
This document only covers parking terminals.
For parking terminals connected to centralised system, this document covers the minimum information to be exchanged with a centralised system. It does not define a standard protocol between parking terminals and centralised systems. It does not define the centralised system.
This document does not cover pay-on-foot terminals.

Einrichtungen zur Parküberwachung von Fahrzeugen - Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Parkautomaten

Dieses Dokument legt die technischen und funktionellen Anforderungen einschließlich der Prüfverfahren für Parkautomaten fest. Es gilt für unbeaufsichtigte Automaten, die für die Berechtigung zum Parken zur Sicht  und/oder elektronischen Kontrolle zahlreicher Straßenfahrzeuge gegebenenfalls mit Bezahlung eingesetzt werden.
Dieses Dokument gilt nur für Parkautomaten.
Für Parkautomaten, die an ein Zentralsystem angeschlossen sind, behandelt dieses Dokument die mit dem Zentralsystem auszutauschenden Mindestangaben. Es legt kein Standardprotokoll zwischen Parkautomaten und Zentralsystemen fest. Es enthält keine Festlegungen zum Zentralsystem.
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für Kassenautomaten.

Le présent document spécifie les exigences techniques et fonctionnelles en incluant des méthodes d’essai pour les terminaux de stationnement. Il s’applique aux terminaux non surveillés utilisés pour obtenir le droit de stationner pour le contrôle visuel et/ou électronique de plusieurs véhicules routiers, le cas échéant avec paiement.
Le présent document couvre exclusivement les terminaux de stationnement.
Pour les terminaux de stationnement connectés à un système centralisé, le présent document couvre les informations minimales devant être échangées avec un système centralisé. Il ne définit pas un protocole normalisé entre les terminaux de stationnement et les systèmes centraux. Il ne définit pas le système centralisé.
Le présent document ne couvre pas les terminaux de type Payer à pied.
