Gas heated catering equipment - Part 3: Materials and parts in contact with food and other sanitary aspects

This part 3 of EN 203 applies to all appliances covered by EN 203-1:2005 and related part 2.
It has been written in order to specify the requirements concerning the hygiene aspects of large kitchen appliances using gaseous fuels, so as to eliminate or minimise the risk of contagion, infection, illness or injury arising from the consumption of contaminated food.

EN 203-3 bezieht sich auf alle Geräte, die von EN 203-1:2005 betroffen sind. Es dient der Festlegung der hygienischen Anforderungen an gasbetriebene Großküchengeräte, so dass das Risiko von Kontamination, Infektion, Krankheit und Verletzung durch den Konsum von kontaminierten Lebensmitteln beseitigt oder verringert wird.

Cette partie 3 de l’EN 203 s’applique à tous les appareils couverts par l’EN 203-1 :2005 et aux parties 2
associées.
Il a été écrit afin de spécifier les exigences concernant les aspects relatifs à l’hygiène des appareils de grande
cuisine utilisant les combustibles gazeux, afin d’éliminer ou de minimiser les risques de contagion, d’infection,
de maladie ou de blessure consécutifs à la consommation d’aliments contaminés.
