This part of ISO 787 specifies a general method of test for determining the water-soluble sulfates, chlorides and nitrates of pigments.

Dieser Teil von ISO 787 legt ein allgemeines Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der wasserlöslichen Sulfate, Chloride und Nitrate von Pigmenten fest.
ANMERKUNG   Wenn dieses allgemeine Verfahren für ein gegebenes Pigment anwendbar ist, braucht nur ein Querverweis in die Internationale Norm für dieses Pigment aufgenommen zu werden, mit einem Hinweis auf jede einzelne Abweichung, die im Hinblick auf die besonderen Eigenschaften des betreffenden Pigmentes notwendig ist. Nur wenn dieses allgemeine Verfahren für ein bestimmtes Pigment nicht anwendbar ist, sollte ein spezielles Verfahren für die Bestimmung der wasserlöslichen Sulfate, Chloride oder Nitrate festgelegt werden.

This document (EN ISO 787-13:2002) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 35
"Paints and varnishes" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 298 "Pigments and
extenders", the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication
of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2003, and conflicting national
standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2003.
This document supersedes EN ISO 787-13:2001.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of
the following countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium,
Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy,
