This Technical Report specifies safety requirements of equipment for thermal spraying, in this case of powder and wire feed units.
This part of CEN/TR 15339 should be used in conjunction with CEN/TR 15339-1, which deals with general aspects of designing, manufacturing, and/or putting in service of machines or equipment and with the responsibility for issuing the CE Conformity Declaration.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences de sécurité des machines et du matériel de projection thermique et, dans le cas présent, des dispositifs d’alimentation en poudre et en fil.
Il convient d’utiliser la présente norme conjointement avec le prEN 15339-1, qui traite des aspects généraux de conception, fabrication et/ou mise en service des machines ou du matériel et de la responsabilité de l’émission de la Déclaration CE de conformité.
D’une manière générale, les exigences de la Directive UE 94/9/CE [1] sont valables pour l’application de la présente Norme européenne.
