Thermal spraying - Acceptance inspection of thermal spraying equipment - Part 7: Powder feed systems

This European Standard specifies requirements for the acceptance inspection of thermal spraying equipment in the case of powder feed units used in spray jobs to produce thermally sprayed coatings of reproducible quality.
This part should be used in conjunction with EN 1395-1, which includes general requirements and explanations of procedures.
This part should be used in addition to EN 1395-2 when carrying out acceptance inspection for flame and/or HVOF (high velocity oxygen-fuel) spraying equipment, or EN 1395-4 when carrying out acceptance inspection for plasma spraying equipment.

Diese Europäische Norm definiert Anforderungen für die Abnahmeprüfung von thermischen Spritzanlagen, in
diesem Fall Pulverfördersysteme, wie sie bei Spritzarbeiten zur Herstellung von thermisch gespritzten Schichten
mit reproduzierbarer Qualität verwendet werden.

Projection thermique - Contrôle d'acceptation du matériel de projection thermique - Partie 7: Systèmes d'alimentation en poudre

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences du contrôle d’acceptation des matériels de projection thermique, et dans le cas présent, des systèmes de d’alimentation en poudre utilisés dans les travaux de projection pour obtenir des revêtements de projection thermique de qualité reproductible.
Il convient d’utiliser cette partie en liaison avec l’EN 1395-1 qui traite des exigences générales et de l’explication des modes opératoires.
Il est recommandé d’utiliser la présente partie en liaison avec l’EN 1395-2 lorsque le contrôle d’acceptation concerne un matériel de projection à la flamme, y compris à grande vitesse, ou avec l’EN 1395-4 lorsque le contrôle d’acceptation concerne un matériel de projection au plasma.
