Unbound and hydraulically bound mixtures - Part 54: Test method for the determination of frost susceptibility - Resistance to freezing and thawing of hydraulically bound mixtures

This Technical Specification specifies a test method for the determination of the resistance of a hydraulically bound mixture to the cyclic action of freezing and thawing.
The method described is suitable for hydraulically bound mixtures, including hydraulically stabilised soils, in accordance with EN 14227 (all parts) and the range of strengths covered by that standard.
When required, a method for determining the change in length of a hydraulically bound subject to freeze thaw is specified in Annex A (normative).
When required, a method for determining the freeze thaw resistance of a hydraulically bound mixture in the presence of salt is specified in Annex B (normative).

Diese Technische Spezifikation legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Beständigkeit eines hydraulisch gebundenen Gemischs gegen zyklische Frost-Tau-Wechselbeanspruchung fest.
Das hierin beschriebene Verfahren eignet sich für hydraulisch gebundene Gemische, einschließlich hydraulisch stabilisierter Böden, nach EN 14227 (alle Teile) und die dort abgedeckten Festigkeiten.
Für den Bedarfsfall ist in Anhang A (normativ) ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Längenänderung eines durch Frost-Tau-Wechsel beanspruchten hydraulisch gebundenen Gemischs festgelegt.
Für den Bedarfsfall ist in Anhang B (normativ) ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Frost-Tau-Wechselbestän-digkeit eines hydraulisch gebundenen Gemischs in Gegenwart von Salz festgelegt.

Nevezane in hidravlično vezane zmesi - 54. del: Preskusna metoda za ugotavljanje občutljivosti na mraz - Odpornost proti zmrzovanju in odtaljevanju hidravlično vezanih zmesi

Standard CEN/TS 13286-54 določa preskusno metodo za ugotavljanje odpornosti hidravlično vezanih zmesi proti cikličnemu zmrzovanju in odtaljevanju. Opisana metoda je ustrezna za hidravlično vezane zmesi, vključno s hidravlično stabiliziranimi tlemi, v skladu s standardi EN 14227-1 do EN 14227-5 ter razponom moči, ki jih obravnava ta standard. Kadar je to zahtevano, je v dodatku A (normativnem) opredeljena metoda za ugotavljanje spremembe v višini hidravlično vezanega subjekta. Kadar je to zahtevano, je v dodatku B (normativnem) opredeljena metoda za ugotavljanje odpornosti hidravlično vezane zmesi proti zmrzovanju in odtaljevanju v prisotnosti soli.

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 14 July 2014 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to submit their
comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS available
