This European Standard specifies the composition, property requirements and dimensional tolerances for copper and copper alloy round rod supplied in straight lengths, specifically intended for forging. This standard is also applicable to regular polygonal rod, hollow rod, rectangular bar and profiles intended for forging. The sampling procedures, the methods of test for verification of conformity to the requirements of this standard, and the delivery conditions are also specified.

Kupfer und Kupferlegierungen - Vormaterial für Schmiedestücke

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Zusammensetzung, Anforderungen an die Eigenschaften und Grenzabmaße für in geraden Längen gelieferte Stangen aus Kupfer und Kupferlegierungen zum Schmieden fest. Diese Norm ist auch anwendbar auf regelmäßige Vielkantstangen, Hohlstangen, Stangen mit rechteckiger Querschnittsform und Profile, die zum Schmieden vorgesehen sind. Der Ablauf der Probenentnahme, die Prüfverfahren zur Feststellung der Übereinstimmung mit den Anforderungen dieser Norm und die Lieferbedingungen sind ebenfalls festgelegt.

Cuivre et alliages de cuivre - Barres corroyées et brutes pour matriçage

La présente norme européenne spécifie la composition, les caractéristiques et les tolérances dimensionnelles des barres rondes en cuivre et alliages de cuivre fournies en longueurs droites, destinées plus spécifiquement au forgeage. Elle s'applique également aux barres polygonales régulières, aux barres creuses, aux barres rectangulaires et aux profilés destinés au forgeage. Les procédures d'échantillonnage, les méthodes d'essai pour la vérification de la conformité aux prescriptions de la présente norme et les conditions de livraison, sont également spécifiées.
