Self adhesive tapes - Determination of peel adhesion properties
This European Standard specifies a series of methods for the determination of peel adhesion properties of self adhesives tapes.
Annexes A and B specify further variations in the testing protocol according to specific conditions.
This European Standard contains:
- Method 1: Self adhesive tapes - Measurement of peel adhesion from stainless steel at an angle of 180° ;
- Method 2: Self adhesive tapes - Measurement of peel adhesion from its own backing at an angle of 180° ;
- Method 3: Self adhesive tapes - Measurement of peel adhesion of double sided and transfer tapes at an angle 180° ;
- Method 4: Self adhesive tapes - Measurement of adhesion of the liner to an adhesive tape at an angle of 180°.
Together with
- Annex A Self adhesive tapes - Measurement of peel adhesion from a surface at low temperature ;
- Annex B Self adhesive tapes - Measurement of peel adhesion from a surface at an angle of 90°.
A guide to the use of these methods and annexes is given in Table 1.
Klebebänder - Bestimmung der Klebkraft
Diese Europäische Norm legt eine Reihe von Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Klebkraft von Klebebändern fest.
Die Anhänge A und B legen weitere, den spezifischen Bedingungen entsprechende Änderungen des Prüfprotokolls fest.
Diese Europäische Norm legt fest:
¾ Verfahren 1: Klebebänder - Messung der Klebkraft auf nicht rostendem Stahl unter einem Winkel von 180°;
¾ Verfahren 2: Klebebänder - Messung der Klebkraft auf der eigenen Rückseite unter einem Winkel von 180°;
¾ Verfahren 3: Klebebänder - Messung der Klebkraft auf doppelseitig beschichteten und übertragbaren Klebebändern unter einem Winkel von 180°;
¾ Verfahren 4: Klebebänder - Messung der Klebkraft des Trennmaterials auf Klebeband unter einem Winkel von 180°.

¾ Anhang A: Klebebänder - Messung der Klebkraft auf einer Fläche bei niedriger Temperatur;
¾ Anhang B: Klebebänder - Messung der Klebkraft auf einer Fläche unter einem Winkel von 90°.
Eine Richtlinie dafür, wann welches der angegebenen Verfahren anzuwenden ist, wird in Tabelle 1 angegeben.

ANMERKUNG 1 Mit diesen Verfahren kann die Gleichmäßigkeit der Klebkraft einer bestimmten Art von Klebebändern beurteilt werden. Es dürfen Klebebänder beurteilt werden, die einer Klebebandrolle, verschiedenen Klebebandrollen oder verschiedenen Produktionslosen entnommen werden.
ANMERKUNG 2 Veränderungen der Rückseite des Klebebandes und des Klebstoffs beeinflussen das Verhalten. Daher ist es mit diesen Verfahren nicht möglich, die spezifische(n) Ursache(n) der Ungleichmäßigkeit aufzudecken.

Rubans auto-adhésifs - Détermination des caractéristiques du pouvoir adhésif linéaire
La présente Norme européenne spécifie des méthodes d'essai permettant de déterminer les caractéristiques du pouvoir adhésif linéaire des rubans adhésifs.
Les Annexes A et B spécifient des variantes du protocole d'essai en fonction de certaines conditions spécifiques.
La présente Norme européenne se compose de :
¾ la méthode 1 : Rubans auto-adhésifs - Mesurage du pouvoir adhésif linéaire sur l'acier inoxydable à un angle de 180° ;
¾ la méthode 2 : Rubans auto-adhésifs - Mesurage du pouvoir adhésif linéaire sur son propre support à un angle de 180° ;
¾ la méthode 3 : Rubans auto-adhésifs - Mesurage du pouvoir adhésif linéaire des rubans double face et transfert à un angle de 180° ;
¾ la méthode 4 : Rubans auto-adhésifs - Mesurage du pouvoir adhésif du protecteur anti-adhérent du ruban adhésif à un angle de 180°.
ainsi que de
¾ l'Annexe A : Rubans auto-adhésifs - Mesurage du pouvoir adhésif linéaire à basse température ;
¾ l'Annexe B : Rubans auto-adhésifs - Mesurage du pouvoir adhésif linéaire à un angle de 90°.

NOTE 1 Ces méthodes sont un moyen d'évaluer l'uniformité du pouvoir adhésif d'un type donné de ruban adhésif. L'évaluation peut se restreindre à un rouleau de ruban adhésif ou s'étendre à plusieurs rouleaux de ruban ou à plusieurs lots de production.
NOTE 2 Le comportement à l'essai varie en fonction du type de support et du type de masse adhésive des rubans. Ces méthodes ne peuvent donc être utilisées pour identifier précisément la ou les cause
