Fertilizers - Determination of boron, cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum and zinc using ICP-AES

This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of boron, cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum and zinc in fertilizer extracts using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).
This method is applicable to water and aqua regia fertilizer extracts prepared according to EN 16962 and/or EN 16964.
NOTE   In most cases, the presence of small quantities of organic matter will not affect determinations by ICP-AES and it is not necessary to apply organic matter removal.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Bor, Cobalt, Kupfer, Eisen, Mangan, Molybdän und Zink in Düngemittelextrakten mittels Atomemissionsspektrometrie mit induktiv gekoppeltem Plasma (ICP AES) fest.
Dieses Verfahren ist auf Wasser- und Königswasserextrakte von Düngemitteln anwendbar, die nach EN 16962 und/oder EN 16964 erhalten wurden.
ANMERKUNG   In den meisten Fällen wird das Vorhandensein geringer Mengen organischer Stoffe die Bestimmung mit ICP AES nicht beeinträchtigen, und es ist daher nicht notwendig, die Beseitigung organischer Verbindungen anzuwenden.

La présente norme européenne spécifie une méthode pour le dosage du bore, du cobalt, du cuivre, du fer, du manganèse, du molybdène et du zinc dans les extraits d’engrais par spectrométrie d’émission atomique par un plasma à couplage inductif (ICP-AES).
Cette méthode est applicable aux extraits d’engrais aqueux et à l’eau régale préparés conformément à l’EN 16962 et/ou à l’EN 16964.
NOTE   Dans la plupart des cas, la présence de petites quantités de matière organique n’a aucune incidence sur les dosages par ICP-AES et il n’est pas nécessaire d’appliquer l’élimination de la matière organique.

Ta evropski standard določa metodo za določevanje bora, kobalta, bakra, železa, mangana, molibdena in cinka v ekstraktih gnojila z atomsko emisijsko spektrometrijo z induktivno sklopljeno plazmo (ICP-AES).
Ta metoda se uporablja za ekstrakte gnojil v vodi in zlatotopki, pripravljene v skladu s standardom prEN 16962 in/ali prEN 16964.
OPOMBA:   V večini primerov prisotnost majhnih količin organske snovi ne bo vplivala na določitve ICP-AES in odstranjevanje organske snovi ni nujno.
