Railway applications - Infrastructure - Non-destructive testing on rails in track - Part 4: Qualification of personnel for non-destructive testing on rails

This document defines the requirements for qualification of the personnel who plan, carry out and supervise non-destructive testing in industrial sector - Railway maintenance infrastructure, on rails in switches, crossings and plain track.
Safety of staff working on or near the railway track is part of the infrastructure manager safety management system and is not part of this standard.
This document applies only to rail profiles meeting the requirements of EN 13674 1 and EN 13674 2.

Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an die Qualifizierung des Personals fest, das zerstörungsfreie Prüfungen im Industriesektor Eisenbahn-Instandhaltung Infrastruktur an Schienen in Weichen, an Bahnübergängen und an durchgehenden Gleisen plant, durchführt und beaufsichtigt.
Die Sicherheit des Personals, das an oder in der Nähe der Eisenbahnstrecke arbeitet, ist Bestandteil des Sicherheitsmanagementsystems des Infrastrukturmanagers und nicht Teil dieser Norm.
Dieses Dokument gilt nur für Schienenprofile, die den Anforderungen von EN 13674 1 und EN 13674-2 entsprechen.

La présente Norme européenne définit les exigences pour la qualification du personnel qui planifie, réalise et surveille des essais non destructifs dans le secteur industriel - maintenance des infrastructures ferroviaires, sur les rails en appareils de voie et en voie courante.
La sécurité du personnel travaillant sur ou à proximité des voies relève du système de gestion de la sécurité du gestionnaire d'infrastructure et n'entre pas dans le domaine d'application de la présente norme.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique uniquement aux rails dont les profils répondent aux exigences de l'EN 13674 1 et de l'EN 13674-2.

Ta del tega evropskega standarda določa zahteve za usposobljenost osebja, ki načrtuje, izvaja in nadzoruje neporušitveno preskušanje v industrijskem sektorju »infrastruktura za vzdrževanje železnic«, na tiru s kretnicami, v križiščih in na voznih tirih.
Varnost osebja, ki dela na železniški progi ali v njeni bližini, je del sistema varnega upravljanja upravljavca infrastrukture in ni del tega standarda.
Ta del tega evropskega standarda velja le za profile tirnic, ki ustrezajo zahtevam standardov EN 13674 1 in EN 13674-2.
