This part of EN 1852 specifies the requirements for solid wall pipes with smooth internal and external surfaces extruded from the same compound/formulation throughout the wall, fittings and the system of polypropylene (PP) piping systems intended for use for:
- non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage outside the building structure (application area code "U"), and
- non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage for both buried in ground within the building structure (application area code "D") and outside the building structure.
This is reflected in the marking of products by "U" and "UD".
This standard covers PP materials without mineral modifiers.
It also specifies the test parameters for the test methods referred to in this standard.
NOTE 1 Solid wall multilayer pipes with different formulation throughout the wall and foamed core pipes are covered by EN 13476-2 [1] (see also CEN ISO/TR 27165 [2]).
This standard covers a range of nominal sizes, and pipe series and gives recommendations concerning colours.
NOTE 2 It is the responsibility of the purchaser or specifier to make the appropriate selection from these aspects, taking into account their particular requirements and any relevant national regulations and installation practices or codes.
In conjunction with CEN/TS 1852-2, it is applicable to PP pipes and fittings, their joints and to joints with components of other plastics and non-plastics materials intended to be used for buried piping systems for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage.
The fittings can be manufactured by injection-moulding or be fabricated from pipes and/or mouldings.
NOTE 3 Pipes, fittings and other components conforming to any of the plastics product standards listed in Annex C can be connected to pipes and fittings conforming to this standard, when they conform to the requirements for joint dimensions given in Clause 6 and to the requirements of Table 14.

Dieser Teil der EN 1852 legt Anforderungen an Vollwandrohre mit glatten inneren und äußeren Ober¬flä-chen, die aus der gleichen Formmasse/Zusammensetzung in der gesamten Wand extrudiert wurden, Form¬stücke und das Rohrleitungssystem aus Polypropylen (PP) für Abwasserkanäle und leitungen fest, die für den Einsatz
- in erdverlegten Schwerkraftentwässerungssystemen außerhalb der Gebäudestruktur (Anwendungs-kennzeichen "U") sowie
- in erdverlegten Schwerkraftentwässerungssystemen innerhalb der Gebäudestruktur (Anwendungs-kennzeichen "D") und außerhalb der Gebäudestruktur
vorgesehen sind.
Die Wahl des Anwendungsgebietes wird durch die Kennzeichnung "U" bzw. "UD" der Produkte angezeigt.
Diese Norm gilt für Werkstoffe aus Polypropylen (PP) ohne mineralische Additive.
Sie legt auch die Prüfparameter für die Prüfverfahren fest, auf die in dieser Norm verwiesen wird.
ANMERKUNG 1 Vollwand-Mehrschichtrohe mit unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzung in der Wand und geschäumten Kernrohen werden sind Gegenstand von EN 13476 2 [1] (siehe auch CEN ISO/TR 27165 [2]).
Diese Norm enthält darüber hinaus Festlegungen für Nennweiten und Rohrreihen und gibt Empfehlungen für die Auswahl der Einfärbung von Rohrleitungsteilen.
ANMERKUNG 2 Der Anwender bzw. Auftraggeber ist unter Berücksichtigung der eigenen Anforderungen sowie der geltenden nationalen Festlegungen und Einbaupraktiken für die entsprechende Auswahl dieser Kriterien verantwortlich.
Zusammen mit CEN/TS 1852 2 gilt dieser Teil für Rohre und Formstücke aus PP, ihre Verbindungen untereinander sowie mit Rohrleitungsteilen aus anderen Kunststoffen oder Rohrwerkstoffen, die für erdverlegte Abwasserkanäle und -leitungen vorgesehen sind.
Die Formstücke können im Spritzguss, aus Rohren und/oder aus Spritzgussteilen hergestellt sein.
ANMERKUNG 3 Rohre, Formstücke oder andere Rohrleitungsteile, die einer der in Anhang C aufgeführten Kunststoff-Produktnormen entsprechen, können mit Rohren und Formstücken nach dieser Norm verbunden werden, sofern sie die Anforderungen an die Maße der Verbindungen nach Abschnitt 6 sowie die Anforderungen nach Tabelle 14 erfüllen.

La présente partie de l'EN 1852 spécifie les exigences pour les tubes à paroi compacte avec des surfaces interne et externe lisses extrudés à partir de la même composition/formulation dans toute l’épaisseur de la paroi, les raccords et le système de canalisations en polypropylène (PP) destinés à être utilisés pour :
- les branchements et des collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés sans pression à l'extérieur de la structure du bâtiment (code de zone d'application « U ») ; et
- les branchements et des collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés sans pression aussi bien à l'intérieur de la structure du bâtiment (code de zone d'application « D ») qu'à l'extérieur de la structure du bâtiment.
Ceci se traduit dans le marquage des produits par « U » et « UD ».
La présente norme couvre les matières PP sans modificateurs minéraux.
Elle spécifie également les paramètres d'essai pour les méthodes d'essai auxquelles se réfère la présente norme.
NOTE 1 Les tubes multicouches à paroi compacte avec différentes formulations dans l’épaisseur de paroi et les tubes à âme alvéolaire sont couverts par l’EN 13476 2 [1] (voir également le CEN ISO/TR 27165 [2]).
La présente Norme couvre une gamme de dimensions nominales, une gamme de séries de tubes et donne des recommandations concernant les couleurs.
NOTE 2 Il est de la responsabilité de l'acheteur ou du concepteur du réseau d’effectuer les sélections appropriées à partir de ces données en tenant compte des exigences particulières et des éventuelles règles nationales et pratiques ou codes pour la pose appropriés.
Conjointement à la CEN/TS 1852 2, elle s'applique aux tubes et aux raccords en PP, à leurs assemblages ainsi qu'aux assemblages avec des composants en matières plastiques autres ou en matières non plastiques, destinés à être utilisés pour les systèmes de canalisations pour les branchements et collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés sans pression.
Les raccords peuvent être fabriqués par moulage par injection ou peuvent être façonnés à partir de tubes et/ou de pièces moulées.
NOTE 3 Des tubes, raccords et autres composants conformes à l'une des normes relatives aux produits en matière plastique, listées dans l'Annexe C, peuvent être raccordés avec des tubes et des raccords conformes à la présente norme, sous réserve qu'ils répondent aux exigences dimensionnelles pour les assemblages données à l'Article 6 et aux exigences données au Tableau 14.

Ta del standarda EN 1852 določa zahteve za trdne stenske cevi, fitinge in sistem polipropilenskih (PP) cevnih sistemov, ki so namenjeni za uporabo v:
non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage outside the building structure (application area code "U"), and
– podzemnih sistemih odvodnjavanja in kanalizacijskih sistemih zunaj stavbne konstrukcije, ki delujejo po težnostnem principu (koda območja uporabe »U«); in
– podzemnih sistemih odvodnjavanja in kanalizacijskih sistemih, ki delujejo po težnostnem principu ter so vkopani v zemljo znotraj stavbne konstrukcije (koda območja uporabe »D«) in zunaj nje.
To je razvidno iz oznak »U« in »UD« na izdelkih.
Ta standard zajema polipropilenske materiale brez mineralnih modifikatorjev.
Določa tudi preskusne parametre za preskusne metode iz tega standarda.
Ta standard zajema različne nazivne velikosti in sklope cevi ter vsebuje priporočila o barvah.
OPOMBA 1: Za ustrezno izbiro med temi vidiki je odgovoren kupec ali specifikator, pri čemer mora upoštevati konkretne zahteve ter vse pomembne nacionalne predpise in prakse ali kodekse vgradnje.
Skupaj z 2. delom standarda EN 1852 se uporablja za cevi in fitinge iz polipropilena, njihove spoje in spoje s komponentami iz drugih polimernih in nepolimernih materialov, ki so namenjeni za uporabo pri vkopanih cevnih sistemih za odvodnjavanje in kanalizacijo, ki delujejo po težnostnem principu.
