Plastics piping systems for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage - Polyethylene (PE) - Part 2: Guidance for the assessment of conformity

This Technical Specification gives guidance for the assessment of conformity of materials, products, joints and assemblies in accordance with the applicable part(s) of EN 12666 intended to be included in the manufacturer’s quality plan as part of the quality management system and for the establishment of third-party certification procedures.
NOTE 1   It is recommended that the quality management system conforms to or is no less stringent than the relevant requirements to EN ISO 9001:2008 [1].
NOTE 2   If third-party certification is involved, it is recommended that the certification body is accredited to EN 45011 [2], EN 45012 [3] or EN ISO/IEC 17021 [4], as applicable.
NOTE 3    In order to help the readers, a summary of the test regime is given in Annex A.
In conjunction with EN 12666-1 (see Foreword) this document is applicable to piping systems made of polyethylene (PE):
-   non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage outside the building structure (application area code "U"), reflected in the marking of products by "U", and
-   for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage for both buried in the ground within the building structure (application area code "D") and outside the building structure (application area code "U"), reflected in the marking of products by "UD".

Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme für erdverlegte Abwasserkanäle und -leitungen - Polyethylen (PE) - Teil 2: Empfehlungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität

Diese Technische Spezifikation enthält Empfehlungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität von Werkstoffen, Erzeug¬nissen, Verbindungen und Bauteilkombinationen entsprechend des/der zutreffenden Teile(s) von EN 12666, die als Teil des Qualitätsmanagementsystems im Qualitätssicherungsplan des Herstellers und für die Ein¬führung von Verfahren der Drittstellenzertifizierung vorgesehen sind.
ANMERKUNG 1   Es wird empfohlen, dass das Qualitätsmanagementsystem EN ISO 9001:2008 [1] oder mindestens ebenso strengen Anforderungen entspricht.
ANMERKUNG 2   Bei Drittstellenzertifizierung wird empfohlen, dass die Zertifizierungsstelle in Abhängigkeit von der Anwendung entsprechend EN 45011 [2], EN 45012 [3] oder EN ISO/IEC 17021 [4] zugelassen ist.
ANMERKUNG 3   Zur Unterstützung der Leser enthält Anhang A eine Zusammenfassung des Prüfsystems.
Dieses Dokument gilt in Zusammenhang mit EN 12666-1 (siehe Vorwort) für Rohrleitungssysteme aus Polyethylen (PE) für folgende vorgesehene Verwendungszwecke:
-   drucklose erdverlegte Abwasserkanäle und  leitungen außerhalb der Gebäudestruktur (Anwen¬dungs-kennzeichen „U“), dies spiegelt sich in den Kennzeichnungen „U“ wider; und
-   drucklose erdverlegte Abwasserkanäle und  leitungen sowohl innerhalb der Gebäudestruktur (Anwendungskennzeichen „D“) als auch außerhalb der Gebäudestruktur (Anwendungskennzeichen „U“), dies spiegelt sich in den Kennzeichnungen „UD“ wider.

La présente Spécification technique fournit un guide pour l’évaluation de la conformité des matières, produits et montages en conformité avec la (les) partie(s) applicable(s) de l’EN 12666, destiné à être inclus dans le plan qualité du fabricant dans le cadre du système de management de la qualité et pour l’établissement de procédures de certification par tierce partie.
NOTE 1   Il est recommandé que le système de management de la qualité soit conforme aux exigences pertinentes de l'EN ISO 9001:2008 [1] ou au moins aussi strict que ces exigences.
NOTE 2   En cas de certification par tierce partie, il est recommandé que l'organisme de certification soit accrédité selon l'EN 45011 [2], l'EN 45012 [3] ou l'EN ISO/CEI 17021 [4], suivant le cas.
NOTE 3    Afin d’aider les lecteurs, un résumé du régime d'essais est fourni en Annexe A.
Conjointement avec l'EN 12666 1 (voir l'Avant-propos), le présent document s'applique aux systèmes de canalisations fabriqués à partir de polyéthylène (PE) :
-   pour les branchements et les collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés sans pression à l'extérieur de la structure du bâtiment (code de zone d’application « U »), repérés au niveau du marquage des produits par « U » et
-   pour les branchements et les collecteurs d'assainissement enterrés sans pression à la fois enterrés dans la structure du bâtiment (code de zone d'application « D ») et à l'extérieur de la structure du bâtiment (code de zone d'application « U »), repérés au niveau du marquage des produits par « UD ».

Ta tehnična specifikacija vsebuje navodila za ugotavljanje skladnosti materialov, izdelkov, spojev in sestavov z ustreznimi deli standarda EN 12666, ki naj bi se vključila v poslovnik kakovosti proizvajalca kot del sistema vodenja kakovosti, vsebuje pa tudi navodila za vzpostavitev postopka certificiranja, ki ga izvajajo tretje osebe. Ta dokument se v povezavi s standardom EN 12666-1 (glej Predgovor) uporablja za cevne sisteme iz polietilena (PE): – za sisteme za odvodnjavanje in kanalizacijo, ki delujejo po težnostnem principu in so položeni v zemljo zunaj stavbe (koda območja uporabe »U«), kar je razvidno iz oznak »U« na izdelkih, ter – za sisteme za odvodnjavanje in kanalizacijo, ki delujejo po težnostnem principu in so položeni v zemljo, za vkopane sisteme v stavbi (koda območja uporabe »D«) in zunaj stavbe (koda območja uporabe »U«), kar je razvidno iz oznak »UD« na izdelkih.

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 23 July 2012 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to submit their
comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS available
promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in parallel to the CEN/TS)
until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
