Diese Norm legt die Anforderungen für den Inhalt an eine Schweißanweisung für das Laserstrahlschweißen fest. Diese Norm ist Teil einer Normenreihe. Anhang B gibt Einzelheiten dieser Normenreihe wieder. Die in dieser Norm aufgeführten Größen beeinflussen die metallurgischen und mechanischen Eigenschaften oder die Geometrie des Schweißteils oder andere relevante Betriebskennwerte.
