Wood preservatives - Creosote and creosoted timber - Methods of sampling and analysis - Part 1: Procedure for sampling creosote

This part of EN 1014 specifies procedures for obtaining a representative sample from a consignment of creosote. This part of EN 1014 is only applicable to consignments of creosote which are in a single phase at the time of the sampling. Note 1 : At ambient temperature, part of the creosote may be in crystalline form. In such cases, it is necessary to heat the creosote to a temperature at which it is entirely liquid before sampling.

Dieser Teil der EN 1014 beschreibt Verfahren, repräsentative Proben einer Lieferung von Teerimprägnieröl zu erhalten. Dieser Teil der EN 1014 ist nur a anwendbar auf Lieferungen von Teerimprägnieröl, die zum Zeitpunkt der Probenahme als einheitliche Phase vorliegen. Anmerkung 1 : Ein Teil des Teerimprägnieröls kann bei Raumtemperatur in kristalliner Form vorliegen. In solchen Fällen ist es notwendig, das Teerimprägnieröl vor der Probenahme auf eine Temperatur zu erwärmen, bei der es vollständig flüssig vorliegt.

La présente partie de l'EN 1014 prescrit des procédures permettant d'obtenir un échantillon représentatif de créosote. Cette partie de EN 1014 n'est applicable qu'aux expéditions de créosote ne présentant qu'une seule phase au moment du prélèvement. Note 1 : A température ambiante, une partie de la créosote peut être sous forme cristallisée. Dans ce cas, il est nécessaire de réchauffer la créosote, avant prise d'échantillons, à une température à laquelle elle est complètement liquide.
