Derivatives from coal pyrolysis - Coal tar based oils: creosotes - Specifications and test methods

This European Standard gives the specifications and the test methods for creosotes for industrial wood preservation.
Different grades of creosote are used depending on the desired properties of the treated wood.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Kreosotöle zum industriellen Holzschutz fest.
In Abhängigkeit von den gewünschten Eigenschaften des Endproduktes werden verschiedene Teeröltypen verwendet.
WARNUNG  Die Anwendung dieser Internationalen Norm kann den Einsatz gefährlicher Stoffe, Arbeitsgänge und Geräte mit sich bringen. La présente Norme européenne donne les spécifications et les méthodes d'essai pour les créosotes utilisées dans l'industrie de préservation du bois.
Les créosotes employées sont classées en fonction des propriétés attendues du produit final.
