Auxiliaries for lamps - Starting devices (other than glow starters) - Performance requirements

Specifies performance requirements for starting devices (starters and ignitors) for tubular fluorescent and other discharge lamps for use on a.c. supplies up to 1 000 V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz which produce starting pulses not greater than 5 kV. Should be read in conjunction with EN 60926.

Spécifie les prescriptions de performances relatives aux dispositifs d'amorçage (starters et amorceurs) pour lampes tubulaires à fluorescence et autres lampes à décharge, alimentés en courant alternatif de 50 Hz ou 60 Hz jusqu'à 1 000 V et produisant des impulsions d'amorçage ne dépassant pas 5 kV. Doit être lue conjointement avec la EN 60926.

Ta mednarodni standard določa tehnične zahteve za vžigne naprave (starterje in sprožilce) za cevne fluorescenčne in druge razelektritvene sijalke za uporabo pri izmeničnem napajanju do 1000 V pri 50 Hz ali 60 Hz, pri čemer nastajajo vžigni impulzi, ki ne presegajo 5 kV. Ta standard se uporablja v povezavi s standardoma IEC 61347-1 in IEC 61347-2-1. OPOMBA 1: Vsi tlivni starterji za fluorescenčne in druge razelektritvene sijalke, vključno s termoreleji/izklopnimi stikali, bodo vključeni v standard IEC 60155. OPOMBA 2: Obstajajo regionalni standardi v zvezi z urejanjem zahtev za elektromagnetno združljivost za končne izdelke, kot so svetilke in neodvisne krmilne naprave. V svetilki je v tem smislu prevladujoča krmilna naprava. Krmilna naprava naj bi bila skupaj z drugimi sestavnimi deli v skladu s temi standardi.

Foreword
The text of document 34C/783/FDIS, future edition 3 of IEC 60927, prepared by SC 34C, Auxiliaries for
lamps, of IEC TC 34, Lamps and related equipment, was submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote
and was approved by CENELEC as EN 60927 on 2007-09-11.
This European Standard supersedes EN 60927:1996 + A1:1999 + A2:2004.
Subclause 4.5 has been inserted in order to install an obligatory link to the relevant lamp standard.

This standard is to be used in conjunction with EN 61347-1:200X and EN 61347-2-1:2000 + A1:2006.
The following dates were fixed:

at national level by publication of an identical
