Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Part 6-4: Generic standards - Emission standard for industrial environments

This part of IEC 61000 for EMC emission requirements applies to electrical and electronic apparatus intended for use in industrial environments as described below. Emission requirements in the frequency range 0 Hz to 400 GHz are covered. No measurement needs to be performed at frequencies where no requirement is specified. This generic EMC emission standard is applicable if no relevant dedicated product or product-family EMC emission standard exists. This standard applies to a apparatus intended to be connected to a power network supplied from a high or medium voltage transformer dedicated to the supply of an installation feeding manufacturing or similar plant, and intended to operate in or in proximity to industrial locations, as described below. This standard applies also to apparatus, which is battery operated and intended to be used in industrial locations. The environments encompassed by this standard are industrial, both indoor and outdoor. Industrial locations are in addition characterised by the existence of one or more of the following examples: - industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) apparatus; - heavy inductive or capacitive loads that are frequently switched; - high currents and associated magnetic fields. The object of this standard is to define the emission test requirements for apparatus defined in the scope in relation to continuous and transient, conducted and radiated disturbances. The emission requirements have been selected so as to ensure that disturbances generated by apparatus operating normally in industrial locations do not exceed a level that could prevent other apparatus from operating as intended. Fault conditions of apparatus are not taken into account. Not all disturbance phenomena have been included for testing purposes in this standard but only those considered as relevant for the equipment covered by this standard. These requirements represent essential electromagnetic compatibility emission requirements. Requirements are specified for each port considered.

La présente partie de la CEI 61000 pour les exigences d'émissions CEM s'applique aux appareils électriques et électroniques destinés à être utilisés dans des environnements industriels, tels qu'ils sont décrits ci-dessous. Les exigences d'émissions dans la gamme de fréquences de 0 kHz à 400 GHz sont couvertes. Il n'est pas nécessaire de réaliser des mesures aux fréquences pour lesquelles aucune exigence n'a été spécifiée. Cette norme d'émission CEM générique s'applique en l'absence de norme applicable d'émission CEM spécifique à un produit ou à une famille de produits. Les appareils couverts par cette norme sont destinés à être raccordés à un réseau d'énergie alimenté par un transformateur haute tension ou moyenne tension réservé à l'alimentation d'une l'installation alimentant un site industriel ou analogue, et destinés à fonctionner à l'intérieur ou à proximité des sites industriels, comme défini ci-dessous. Cette norme s'applique également aux appareils qui sont alimentés par piles ou accumulateurs et qui sont destinés à être utilisés dans des sites industriels. Les environnements couverts par cette norme sont les environnements industriels, intérieurs et extérieurs. Les sites industriels sont en outre caractérisés par l'existence d'un ou plusieurs des exemples suivants: - présence d'appareils industriels, scientifiques et médicaux (ISM); - commutations fréquentes de charges inductives ou capacitives importantes; - intensités et champs magnétiques associés importants. L'objet de cette norme est de définir les exigences d'essais d'émissions aux perturbations continues et transitoires, conduites et rayonnées, pour les appareils définis dans le domaine d'application. Les exigences des perturbations émises ont été choisies de manière à assurer que les perturbations engendrées par l'appareil en fonctionnement normal, dans un environnement industriel, ne dépassent pas un niveau qui pourrait empêcher d'autres appareils de fonctionner comme prévu normalement. Les conditions de défaut de l'appareil ne sont pas prises en compte. Cette norme ne comporte pas, pour les besoins des essais, tous les phénomènes perturbateurs mais uniquement ceux considérés comme applicables pour les appareils couverts par la norme. Ces exigences représentent les exigences essentielles de compatibilité électromagnétique concernant les émissions. Les exigences sont spécifiées pour chacun des accès considérés.

Ta del IEC 61000, ki obravnava zahteve za elektromagnetno oddajanje, se uporablja za električne in elektronske aparate, namenjene za uporabo v industrijskem okolju, kot je opisano spodaj.
Obravnavane so zahteve za oddajanje motenj v frekvenčnem območju 0 Hz do 400 GHz. Pri frekvencah, za katere zahteve niso podane, meritve niso potrebne.
Ta splošni standard za elektromagnetno oddajanje je uporaben, če ne obstajajo ustrezni namenski standardi za elektromagnetno oddajanje izdelkov ali skupin izdelkov.
Ta standard se uporablja za aparate, ki so predvideni za priključitev na napajalno omrežje, ki se napaja iz visoko- ali srednjenapetostnega transformatorja, namenjenega za napajanje inštalacije za oskrbovanje proizvodnih ali podobnih obratov, in predvidenega za obratovanje na industrijskih lokacijah, kot so opisane spodaj, ali v njihovi bližini. Ta standard se uporablja tudi za aparate z baterijskim napajanjem, če so predvideni za uporabo na industrijskih lokacijah.

–    industrijski, znanstveni in medicinski (ISM)1) aparat,
–    močna induktivna ali kapacitivna bremena, ki se pogosto preklapljajo,
–    veliki toki in pripadajoča magnetna polja.
Namen tega standarda je določiti zahteve za preskus oddajanja motenj aparatov s področja, ki ga zajema ta standard, v zvezi s stalnimi in prehodnimi, prevajanimi in sevanimi motnjami.
Zahteve za oddajanje motenj so bile izbrane tako, da motnje, ki jih proizvajajo aparati pri normalnem delovanju na industrijskih lokacijah, ne presegajo ravni, ki lahko prepreči predvideno delovanje drugih aparatov. Pogoji okvar aparatov niso upoštevani. Za namen preskušanja v tem standardu niso vključeni vsi motilni pojavi, ampak samo tisti, ki se štejejo za pomembne za opremo, ki jo zajema ta standard. Te zahteve predstavljajo bistvene zahteve za oddajanje za elektromagnetno združljivost.
Zahteve so podane za vsak obravnavani port.
OPOMBA 1:    Ta standard ne obravnava zahtev za varnost.
OPOMBA 2:    V posebnih primerih nastanejo razmere, kjer nivoji motenj, ki so podani v tem standardu, ne omogočajo ustrezne zaščite, na primer, kadar se uporabljajo občutljivi sprejemniki v bližini aparata. V teh primerih je mogoče treba uporabiti blažilne ukrepe.

Foreword
The text of document CISPR/H/122/FDIS, future edition 2 of IEC 61000-6-4, prepared by CISPR SC H,
Limits for the protection of radio services, was submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote and was
approved by CENELEC as EN 61000-6-4 on 2006-12-01.
This European Standard supersedes EN 61000-6-4:2001.
The major changes in EN 61000-6-4:2007 are the inclusion of a clause on tests for equipment in series
production, a new clause on measurement uncertainty and the inclusion of requirements on
telecommunications ports. The informative annex has been deleted.
The following dates were fixed:
– latest date by which the EN has to be implemented
at national level by publication of an identical
national standard or by endorsement (dop) 2007-09-01
– latest date by which the national standards conflicting
with the EN have to be withdrawn (dow) 2009-12-01
This European Standard has been prepared under a mandate given to CENELEC by the European
Commission and the European Free Trade Association and covers essential requirements of
EC Directives EMC (89/336/EEC), EMC (2004/108/EC) and RTTED (1999/5/EC). See Annex ZZ.

slovenskega standarda in je istoveten evropskemu standardu EN 61000-6-4 (en), Electromagnetic
compatibility (EMC) – Part 6-4: Generic standards – Emission standard for industrial environments
(IEC 61000-6-4:2006), 2007.

Ta standard nadomešča SIST EN 61000-6-4:2002.

NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR

Evropski standard EN 61000-6-4:2007 je pripravil tehnični odbor CLC/TC 210 Elektromagnetna
združljivost (EMC). Slovenski standard SIST EN 61000-6-4:2007 je prevod evropskega standarda EN
61000-6-4:2007. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen
izvirni evropski standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je potrdil tehnični odbor
SIST/TC EMC Elektromagnetna združljivost.

Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je v septembru 2007 sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC EMC
Elektromagnetna združljivost.
