Intelligent transport systems — Freight land conveyance content identification and communication — Part 2: Application interface profiles

ISO 26683-2:2013 provides application interface profiles for land cargo transport data agglomeration and transfer (within the context and architecture described in ISO 26683-1), using one or more of the international standards listed and defined in Annex A of 26683-1. ISO 26683-2:2013 defines a number of application interface profiles for land cargo transport data to provide more land cargo transport visibility by using current technical standards, specifications and technologies related to cargo transport.

This document specifies the data communication concepts applicable to the data requirements of the transport community. It also includes the regulatory authorities related to freight and its intermodal transfer to participate in common reporting. This document is applicable to freight movements that interface with other modes and incorporates interface requirements set for those other modes. This document is also designed to incorporate the elements of the Govcbr message (a message developed by the World Customs organization, WCO, that can facilitate data exchange but can potentially not apply to all parties throughout the supply chain) and have them apply across the whole supply-chain, on a global basis. This document does not constrain the requirements of customs, regulatory and safety bodies at border crossings but does include the data elements likely to be required by customs authorities and other governmental bodies within a single window environment or within a port community system environment.

This document specifies procedures and conditions to enable the heat flux in electrical surface heating systems to be determined relative to the medium differential temperature for systems. The determination of thermal performance electrical surface heating systems and their conformity to this document is carried out by calculation in accordance with design documents and a model. This enables a uniform assessment and calculation surface heating systems. The surface temperature and the temperature uniformity of the heated surface, nominal heat flux density between electrical heated layer and space are given as the result. The ISO 11855 series is applicable to water based embedded surface heating and cooling systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings[1]. The methods apply to systems integrated into the wall, floor or ceiling construction without any open-air gaps. It does not apply to ceiling mounted panel systems with open air gaps which are not integrated into the building structure. The ISO 11855 series also applies, as appropriate, to the use of fluids other than water as a heating or cooling medium. The ISO 11855 series is not applicable for testing of systems. The methods do not apply to heated or chilled ceiling panels or beams. [1] ISO 11855-7 can also be used for electrical heated embedded systems.

This document defines general requirements for the execution of structural steelwork for: — structural steel buildings; — general structures, designed, fabricated, and erected in a manner similar to buildings with building-like load-resisting elements, e.g. support framing for equipment, tanks, vessels, and pipelines; — crane-supporting structures; — typical roadway and pedestrian bridges including those constructed using rolled sections, welded plate girders, or trusses (lattices). This document applies to structures or fabricated components that are produced from: — hot-rolled and cold-formed structural steel products up to and including a nominal yield strength of 700 MPa with a thickness of 3 mm and above; — hot-finished and cold-formed structural steel hollow sections, up to and including a nominal yield strength of 700 MPa, including standard range and custom-made rolled products and hollow sections manufactured by welding. This document also applies to steel components in composite steel and concrete structures, and in structures combining steel with other materials. This document defines requirements independent of the type and shape of the steel structure, including structures subjected to fatigue or seismic loading. The requirements are expressed in terms of execution levels. This document does not define all requirements for other types of fabricated steel structures (e.g. railway bridges, roadway and pedestrian bridges using welded box sections or arch boxes, cable-supported bridges over 100 m span, moving bridges, monorails, steel towers, masts, chimneys, silos, tanks, pipelines, antennae, offshore platforms). However, this document provides general guidance regarding fabrication and erection practices that may be used together with the appropriate ISO, regional or national design standards for such structures. This document does not cover requirements for the following: — sheeting; — fabrication of stainless steels. This document does not apply to design of steel structures. NOTE Design is inextricably a part of the design-fabrication-erection sequence, including the application of tolerances, and cannot be considered in isolation. This document is intended to be used, as appropriate, together with national standards and other documents, observing the provisions in this document concerning such use.
